McDonald's — Restaurant in Springville

would like to share the experience I just had at the Mcdonalds located on Springville main street Ut.

My children and I ordered through the drive up window, We ordered three hot fudge sundays.

We paid at the first window then pulled forward to the second window where we waited and waited and waited(about 8 min) for our ice cream. As we were waiting I was able to observe the interactions that were happening behind the window and counter.

The young man working the window was not paying any attention and was scrolling on his phone the whole time we were waiting (about 8 min) also not wearing any kind of Mcdonalds uniform. There was another young man who was filling up drinks he waa wearing a hooded sweatshirt pulling lint out of his pocket and throwing it on the ground. Another tall blond boy who was getting our icecream wiped his nose WITH HIS HAND!  then proceeded to dish up our ice cream and other people's food! I was horrified and disgusted.

I also observed several girls with long scraggly hair and dirty uniforms with cleavage showing.

I thought they looked very unprofessional and dirty.

I am not easily bothered.

However I was sickened by what I was observing and I wouldn't let my children eat their icecream after what I saw.

I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism at this location.

I would recommend gloves and hair nets, and new employees! I have also E mailed the manager/costumer service and received...

Went through the drive thru on 7/23. Ordered 10 piece chicken nugget meal. Asked for side of tartar sauce. The charge showed up on the screen and was added to my total. Got to the window the guy verified the order with me and I added with a side of tartar sauce. Got to the window to get my food and asked the girl at the window about my tartar sauce as it was not in the bag but my sauces for my nuggets were. Girl said I didn't pay for it and I said yes I did it showed up on the screen. She then went and asked about it then came back and asked for my bag back. I handed it over not thinking because I was on lunch and this was fast becoming a joke. She gives me the bag back and check that the tartar sauce is in there. Get back to work. The box they put the tartar sauce in seemed like it had been thrown into the bag. Pulled out my nuggets and there was not sauce for my nuggets. They took my nuggets sauce and put in the tartar sauce. As far back as I remember you get sauce with your nuggets. Was not happy with the service or the employees attitude regarding the situation. Also, partly my fault, but when has it over been okay to take someones bag back from them after handing it to them in the drive-thru? And especially now...

Seriously worse McDonald's ever. I was in line and ordered my food. When I went to pay, they had the wrong order up. They brought up my order, took my card, told me a I would get a receipt at the next window. While I am sitting in line waiting at the next window, I see them hand a bag of food to the car in front of me. The driver opens the bag and hands it back to them - clearly not their order. The driver in front of me never got an order - looks like they drove off in a huff around to the front to park and go inside. I get to the window and sure enough they give me the bag of food they had just given the car in front of me that the driver had just dug his hand through. Total violation of health laws! Then of course, they had no receipt to give me. I don't trust them at all and will be watching my credit card closely for the total. It was very clear from the number of cars parked to the side and waiting for food, that they were messing up everyone's orders. Also frustrated because I ordered the shamrock oreo mcflurry, and just got a plain oree mcflurry. And then the oreo was only on top they had not even bothered to mix it in. Definitely not going back...
