My Wife and I first discovered The Hinckley Coffee House at the 2022 Sandwich Fair. Their drinks and pastries are fantastic. You can tell they use fresh and quality products. We really like their Frozen Carmels (pictured). Not overly sweet with a prominent coffee flavor. Staff is very friendly and patient and willing to help you find the drink best for you.

This little coffeehouse is a great find. I had a white chocolate mocha and it was delicious. The employees were very friendly and the service was super fast. The parking lot isnā€™t in the greatest shape, but donā€™t let that deceive you if you pass by. I would definitely come here again!

Highly recommend! I really like coming here and try to stop when I get the chance. It's a coffee truck that is usually here, but does occasionally travel. The options are to walk up or drive thru. The staff are always great and the coffee and pastries are so good! It also has options for kids, which is nice. I prefer to support local places and the coffee here is better than the chain shops. Absolutely love The Hinckley Coffee House. It's my go to place now since I travel to Hinckley every morning. The girls are all so friendly and helpful. The coffee is out of this world, so good and you get so much for your buck. Also if you get the chance try the glazed croissant, you won't be disappointed. I am a chai fan. I was always so disappointed when I would get one at Starbucks. So much $$$ for watered down flavor and a cup full of ice. NOT HERE! Hinckley Coffee House does chai right! Try adding salted caramel flavoring to it ~ YUM!!! And the glazed croissants are delicious!!! Love that they have outdoor seating too. I will be a frequent customer...
