DiCarlo's Pizza - St Clairsville — Restaurant in St. Clairsville

5-10-18. 3:26 pm. I called in a order to decarlos pizza in St.Clairsville. I called back and asked where they were located because it had been almost 20 years since I lived in St.C. A woman answered and gave me directions. When I arrived at the store as soon as I entered the front door I heard the woman at the counter sarcastically say, loud enough for me to hear at the front door, to the customer sitting at a table in the room "How hard is it to find this place. I told her it's by the courthouse ." She began to laugh obnoxiously. I then told her I didn't have to buy the pizza if she was going to rudely make fun of me like that. She began to laugh again and said "No that's ok" and gave me the total. I paid and left. Not only was her actions humiliating and very offensive but she was also acting very unprofessional, rude and obnoxious even after she realized she was talking about me while I was in the room. they always lock the doors and ignore the phones during the day, which is usually no big deal. I understand they’re busy. Today, however, my grandpa called in an order and an hour later I showed up to a locked door. I knocked, and then 5 minutes later I knocked again. Finally, someone came and opened the door. He immediately tells me they don’t have any orders and he doesn’t know anything. I said “sir, my grandpa called an hour ago for 8 slices I’m just here to pick it up.” I didn’t say one disrespectful thing to the guy, but before I knew it he was chasing me out the door cussing at me. So, we are not from here and when we heard about Pittsburg style pizza, we were skeptical. I mean, who wants cold cheese on pizza? But we were pleasantly surprised. The crust and the sauce were really the superstars of this pizza. Crispy and chewy crust, delicious sauce. We ordered a full sheet and took it back to our hotel and by the time we got back, the cheese was a little melty, but honestly, we didnt hate it. The flavor of cheese is still there. We were surprised that toppings weren't really a thing. We got pepperoni and there were a few, but again, its not this style.
