Hardee’s — Restaurant in St. Clairsville

I ordered 5pc CHICKEN TENDERS meal..I recvd 5 tenders they were old. The battered chicken was very dark and dried out. No timer on chicken otherwise this chicken should have been TRASHED! My fries were stale i want to thank Patti M for my stale fries bc she prepared my order.. I spent $11.25 on this order crap. I'm a Trucker and I deserve better!! POOR SERVICE. Employees were not wearing gloves while preparing orders. I wanted to get points by scanning the barcode on the receipt but no barcode guess they tore that part off. Never again! Hardees do better!...

I’ve been here twice after work 1st time they were messing with the cash drawers and said it’ll only be 5 minutes I waited 45 minutes and the only reason I waited that long is because my wife wanted to try the new place on the block. My 2nd time I go through the drive through and was told they would be closed for 15 minutes for shift change how hard is it to work at Hardee’s you guys have to drop everything for that long just to switch out people. Dont plan your lunch around 10:30 pm- 2:00 am. Ive been to this location multiple times during this time interval, There is no set end of day shift change when they do register turn over. Its always a 30 min turn over as well while you watch employees stand around. This has been an on going situation since they opened. Dont know if its poor management or corporate policy. Also have to make sure u read the screen as you order they mess it up...
