Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in St. Cloud

I understand that this was Halloween day, and the store was busy but this was the poorest service I have ever received in a fast food store! I had a phone in order, but there was only one person at the register for that type of order and he did not appear to know what he was doing. Finally I grabbed someone behind the counter to help me, and he had me walk down to the end of the store where people where placing their orders. After I paid he went to get the two pizzas I had ordered and came back with one! He said the other one would be right up. After waiting another 5 minutes, I asked where my pizza was, as I saw no one making another one for me. He went back to the rack that holds the finished pizzas and came back with the other half of my order. There clearly was NO organization here in getting the customers their pizzzas, especially if you had done a phone order! Poor, poor management to...

10-22-21 We LOVED the pizza here as in past tense. I said the original comment because I thought that the outlaw was going to continue being made there. Not saying that they taste bad, but it's not anything more unique than any of the other places. Not saying they are bland but I'm not saying they are spectacular either... Every Friday we would get the outlaw and have a family night but now that the outlaws gone we no longer have any desire to eat there 🤷🏻‍♂️ pretty upset at the moment but by tomorrow I will have forgotten all about Papa Murphy's so that says something. That's why I ranked it a 3 bcuz its not terrible...

Best place in town for pizza! Pricing can be a bit much depending on the deals competitors may be offering...BUT, worth the extra dollar or two. The owner & employees are what makes this family owned business so wonderful! If you're looking for a quick and easy dinner option, something different to throw on the grill (yes they even provide instructions with pans available), this is the place to be.
