Birdman Coffeehouse and Eatery — Restaurant in St. Francisville

We visited Birdman Coffeehouse and Eatery for the first time today and were disappointed with the service we received. The staff appeared unhappy to serve us, and one employee in particular (wearing a burgandy shirt and she had short light brown hair) was quite rude to my friend when she asked about the coffee options. The employee's behavior was unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. There was a time in my life when I would have gone back just to prove to them that their ignorance couldn't run me off but it's not worth me spending money at a business that has employees that don't think I deserve the same kind and appreciative behavior that she was able to give the people literally in front of us. Owners ( I hope that wasn't the owner) need to make sure the people they hire understand that all money is green and it shouldn't matter the color of the hand that's giving it to you. I will not be returning to this...

I've been wanting to try this place for a LONG time... I passed by it last year and decided I'd catch it another time. I finally stopped in today! It's a neat little place with a pretty chill atmosphere. It kinda feels like a shotgun style house with an open floor plan. I looked up the menu and decided I wanted to try the salmon toast. It looked really good in the photos 😋 I was so disappointed to find out they were out of salmon, but I understood... I decided to get the traditional breakfast instead... You get eggs, cooked how you want them, bacon or sausage, grits, and toast, biscuit, or croissant... My sunny side up eggs were cooked perfectly, the grits were good, the bacon was super yummy, and that croissant was super delish. Next time, hopefully I could catch the...
