McDonald's — Restaurant in St. James

This is only the second time we have been here. Both times we have used the mobile app for carside delivery. NEVER AGAIN!! The exact same thing happened both times we were there, so I'll only talk about yesterday when I was there. I placed the order at 8:36 pm for carside delivery. Got there, entered our spot number and sat and WAITED!! We watched countless cars pull in, go through the drive through, and leave with their food. My app told me my food was ready at 8:38 pm. It was 8:58 pm when i finally went into the restaurant to look for my food! I walked in and 3 of the workers were just standing behind the counter screwing around, it was not busy at all! I asked where my carside order was. He picked up an empty bag laying on the back counter and said "for Sarah" i said yes. He started grabbing all of our food that was just sitting there in the warmer, right next to the bag! It had all been sitting there for almost 20 minutes! The fries were not salted with one speck of salt, all the food was cold. I spent over $30 on this, again! Mental Note - NEVER EVER go to this McDonald's again!! And never use the app if you go! Absolutely...

Oh boy where to start. Me and my girlfriend stopped here after an event in town to relax unwind and get a late bite to eat. Ordinarily I enjoy McDonald’s but this place if it were any other place I would write in to one of those restaurant make over type shows and request them come here. We stepped in the door and immediately saw tables that needed cleaning. We ordered the food and sat down to wait. We get our food and are missing items from the order and when we ask the server for it we hear swearing and hooting and hollering coming from the back. The same worker looks like she was plucked off the street and came in to work. No uniform or anything and wearing earbuds. We went to go fill our drinks and there was no ice. Our food was not put together well at all as seen in the pictures. My girlfriend got a pink 1/4 pounder and could not finish it (it ended up being raw) a group of three came in and it took forever for them to be served. Stay far away from here and the higher ups in the organization should consider shutting...

we go there once a week and they always mess something up. From as small as forgetting napkins or sauce to completely missing things. Unfortunately it's the only fast food place our kids like.

Update 5/25: went there for the first time since the last review and had to wait 15 minutes for pancakes for my son. When we got home noticed that the pancakes were rock hard so we called to notify them. In return we received attitude for their mistake from a manager who will remain nameless (we know who she is and will be reporting her to her supervisor). When I took our order back in they had new ones ready for us which I appreciated but when I showed them the pancakes they originally gave us we were again met with attitude! She told me WE needed to throw them away, so I asked her if she wanted to feel how hard they were and she very aggressively said "or YOU can just throw them away" Very poor customer service, very poor attitude and we will be filing a complaint with the necessary people.
