I appreciate the reviews they give me a clearer understanding of a business prior to visiting. My advice to the owner acknowledge those that acknowledge you. Your business has good reviews so picking at those who disagree with service on select days is very unprofessional. You are the owner yes however; it seems that those who found you rude were proven correctly in your responses for example use of sweetie. Running a business is tough and the reviews stating amazing reno led me to believe you are passionate and dedicated that I applaud. I recommend getting more service friendly people to handle paying patrons. All in all I will rate 5 stars a woman running a successful business with several reviews stating how great the food, music, & establishment is what led me to my decision. I thought it would fill up because I often drive by and see tons of cars but not this particular Saturday. I sat at the bar and had to keep flagging down the barmaid who grinned in some dudes face the whole time. Honey, he didn't even tip...but I did. You grinned in the wrong person's face.
