I would like to start off by saying that the food, drinks and staff are amazing But the last couple of times I have patronized this establishment the service has been horrible. When it happened the first time i just chalked it up to a one off. But when I returned a few days later, same issue (it was the same bartender).

All I ask for when I attended any establishment is for a welcoming atmosphere. After working all week the last thing i want is to feel as though i am not welcome. This is so disappointing. The...
