Cham Bakery — Restaurant in St. Louis

I am always so excited to see Cham Bakery at the WashU Farmer's Market. The first time I went I spent quite a bit of money but not because they are expensive but because I bought a lot. The Zaatar bread, Cheese Pide are exceptional. (I would have taken a picture of the Pide I bought today but sadly it was gone too soon. No, I didn't drop it. I ate it. ) The pita was great, the eggs were cooked perfectly and the seasoning was fantastic! The woman working the table is so polite and friendly. I believe her husband gets up early in the morning to bake. YES!! It's THAT fresh!! I'm looking forward to trying their hummus and other tasty morsels. I honestly can't recommend this...

These fine folks are known for their thin pita (white AND wheat options!), which I keep in my freezer all the time. Additionally, they make the best baba ganoush I’ve ever had, and their lentil and rice salad with caramelized onions and their bulgur salad and their tabbouleh are such great lunch options for work. Sweets? Fantastic! Traditional and creative pride, and za’atar bread? Perfect Farmers Market noms (find them at the Tower Grove Market, Boulevard Farmers Market on Sundays and Thursdays at Rockwell Beer Garden at Francis Park). This family business is truly...
