Love the tennis courts and playground. They have lights but apparently lights don't turn on till 8pm so if it gets darker before that you're out of luck. I've tried calling stl parks dept with mixed results.

Not much to it. Nasty bathrooms but some neat art work.

They treat this small park like it is nothing. It is abused and defaced by teenagers. We call to report but nothing is done. The equipment is damaged wigh obscene graffiti and there is often broken glass near the slides. This would not surprise me if the park was in the inner city.... but its not this park is on the far Western edge of st. Louis City near Maplewood. Oh and this park is named after the mayor great way to present out city. I will take my family to the parks in...

Quiet-ish playground on a dead-end street. We were the only ones there on a 40° weekday morning, but plenty of people used the parking lot for the walking paths nearby. The playground was medium-sized with two slides and a steep bridge/ladder climber in the shape of a fish, which amused my kiddo. There are 3 benches around the edges of the playground. I didn't see any...
