Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in St. Louis

This Church's has a low rating be cause the staff is rude to customers. Also they eat on the front line in front of customer's not washing their hands taking orders. Two weeks in a row they've ran out of chicken before 5pm and locked the doors not letting the public know why. A lady asked why isn't there a sign in the drive thru to let people know it's not working because she had sat there for 10 minutes with no response so she came in. She was told the manager wouldn't let them put a sign up. So then she asked for butter about seven times no response so she was told they don't have any more mac an cheese she wanted her money back for that order asked why are they just now dropping fry's when I ordered 10 minutes ago an the answer was l ran out of them my screen was full and I didn't have enough to fill your order but it you think you can do better come back here and do the orders yourself. I'm still waiting on my order wondering if I should ask for my money back and go somewhere else but I stayed and again I wanted a three piece wing dinner they only had 1 wing two legs is what I ended up with. Two weeks in a row around 5pm I will not be going back to this...

Check your food before you leave. Do not order the coleslaw it is always spoiled. Mac n cheese looks like it is days old. No matter when I visit this location it is the same......

Visited again 2/8/23( 4:58 pm On my way home from work stopped and ordered a 3pc dk and a breast ate 2 pcs, put the other pcs in fridge. 2/9/23 came home from work, air fried n ate the thigh pc less, than 30 min later I got so sick throwing up, diarrhea and sweating profusely for three days I was sick, never have I ever felt like that. I was told I was experiencing symptoms of food poisoning only food I ate on 2/9/23 was CHURCH'S that I purchased the day before. I HAVE COMPLAINED to corporate about this location in my community on numerous occasions through the years about the service cleanliness and product offered at this location. Not understanding why I have to go outside of the community I live and work in to purchase quality edible food from the same company. FINALLY CHURCH'S has lost a longtime loyal...

This location was a desperate "last on the list" spot coming from an evening event. It took about 7-10 minutes for anyone to take our order and there were 3 guys ahead of us (1 had placed an order & 2 were trying to get their coupons together to place an order). My sister wanted spicy chicken (which they were out of)so her only option was regular chicken. We got there around 9pm and were advised of what items were left that we could order and wasn't a problem for us. Our order came relatively quick as opposed to how long it took to place the order. Chicken was hot & juicy, sides were warm and coleslaw was cool, I'm normally not a fan of their honey butter biscuits but the one in my box was warm & tasty. Don't know if it was the fact that I was really hungry or that I received a really good biscuit. Overall it was a pleasant experience except for the wait to...
