Mr. X Pizza — Restaurant in St. Louis

Sweet Baby Jesus this place is awesome! We just moved into the neighborhood and found this nearby and though why not give it a go. We've ordered three times since then. I really enjoy the thick crust alot but we've also tried the thin and it's really good too! Their wings are perfect. Their kind of that crunchy fried kind and instead of tossing them in sauce the put that on the side so you can decided how hot you want to go. I feel that the delivery time is a little long but it's well worth the wait and both times is was fresh and hot. I also think it's cool how they have a mobile dredit card scanner so you don't have to give your card number over the phone. The first time my wife picked it up and she said the staff was super friendly and great to work with. This is definitely our go to pizza joint now. I wish I would have known about this place when we lived in the county. Totally...

This is one of my favorite local places to get pizza. Most of the time the pizza is perfect with plenty of toppings and cooked perfectly. Occasionally we get one a tad overcooked. 90% of the time I do carryout with how close they are to my house but I have done delivery and they are prompt. They did a remodel a couple of years ago and its improved inside, but I do find it a bit depressing hence the carryout inclination. Most of their business must be delivery because I rarely see anyone dining in. If the owners are reading this, I would suggest cleaning your Bose speaker above your drink cooler. It is growing hair and kind of grosses me out looking at it each time I pick up a pie. I hope you stick around because St. Louis needs a few more places that don't serve toppings on a saltine...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Whoever answers the phone always seems annoyed, and today we called and spoke to the store manager about two pizzas that were purchased the day before. He was not unhelpful, and seemed to not care that his customers were unsatisfied with the hard overcooked pizza received. We have been repeat customers, but will never return at this point! I can deal with a mistake, but after spending at least $30 for every order placed, bad service is absolutely no option! We were not expecting our money back, but simply an apology, or even an offer to remake these pizzas. We even offered to bring in the remains for him to see, still no quality of service was shown. We are extremely disappointed in our treatment...
