Under The Sun Sno Cones Shack — Restaurant in St. Louis

Terrible awfu! I took my family, even grandpa came along, ohhh boy what s mistake I made!!!! So we drive past this shop almost every day well the other day I said to myself, “ that's it were going “ reason being I haven't been in years because back 4 years ago the snow cones were so expensive for what they were I mean come on its shaved ice and Kool-Aid ( basically) but never the less, so we got there and as expected they were a little pricey but what do you do? Well the BOY may I say”BOY” working there had a major attitude problem so after spending 35$ on ice for 4 med snow cones we had no paper towels nor straws you would think at that cost they could at least give me a straw without hesitation, I asked for some, he said “how many again with a tude! Now I was trying to ignore it, its our little break as a family well I had moved on I was ok and joking with my girls and father when we were rudely interrupted by “HAY CAN YOU MOVE?” it was the worker cleaning up because it was 15 minutes to closing.we then left I will contact management. It seems that all the business anymore do and say as they please, I have to say times sure...

Sitting here at JB blast 2024 my 6 grandkids wanted Kona ice I took them to get one and the under the sun shack is set up here and said buy 1 get 1 free. So we did. 30 dollars for 6 snowcones and he said free refill. He gave my oldest a sticker to get the refill and when the kids went back to get there refill the ladies said NO!! You said buy 1 get 1 free then u said a refill free then when the time came you told my grandkids NO!! Horrible customer service! All to make a buck cuz you heard my kids say they wanted Kona ice!! Shame on you for false...

They said buy 1 get 1 free but charged for all 6 and then said the free was a refill after they already charged us. Then they tried to say we don't get refills because we got a small size. Had to make a big deal about it to get a refill but they only filled the cups halfway and barely gave the kids any syrup flavoring. Never again. Kona ice will get our business from now on. Update: Kona ice doesn't manipulate/ lie to you in their sales....
