Can't pass up this little spot, one of the best hidden gems on The Hill. Free parking lot adjacent. Order inside at the mercantile counter and seat yourself in either the large beautiful outdoor courtyard patio area or inside across the courtyard. Inside is cute and cozy. Menu is limited but thoughtfully crafted to cover many preferences. Their food is so good, you can't go wrong. The sweet potato waffle fries are perfectly fried and served with an aoli. I'm not normally a chicken salad person, but theirs is delightful - good balance of chicken to other ingredients. Quiche, flatbreads, and other mains are perfect and filling for an afternoon lunch. Don't miss the daily dessert! Scratch made and worth it. Even though you seat yourself, a server will bring your food and a water carafe and make sure you're taken care of. If you're a history buff, ask to see the binder on the history of the building. Can't say enough great things - everyone from friends to coworkers to my grandma has loved their experience! Walk off some calories afterwards over in the...

Went here with my family for lunch. We were hoping to sit outside on their beautiful patio, but it rained the night before. Nevertheless, it all worked out because their inside dining area is adorable! The set up is very cute, and it gives B&B with its non conventional dining room and cafe/gift-shop. You order first in the gift shop/cafe area, which is filled with perfectly curated gifts and treats, then you walk through the patio to the dining area where the food is delivered to you. And I can honestly say I was so impressed with the food, absolutely delicious. I ordered the special, which was a grilled cheese and tomato soup, while my mother got the fish and chips. Everything was 10/10.

This place would also be great for events as they have several rooms and space available. Will definitely recommend this...

This place is AWESOME! It’s mostly a lunch and private event space but come for Wine Down Wednesday!! They offer wine and appetizers on Wednesday evenings. My table ordered several appetizers - pretzels with mustard sauce, pimento cheese (excellent!!) and a cheese tray. Best of all the restaurant is smart enough to place a big water bottle and cups on the table ahead of time so water is available when you want it.

I felt completely safe in this neighborhood. They have a parking lot beside the entrance.

I strongly recommend Wine Down...

Oliva is going to be a repeat spot now. Their Wine Down Wednesday is absolutely perfect. The patio is beautiful with a nice set up, I love the walk up bar and easy way to grab waters, plus there is a cute cafe to check out! The staff was friendly and helpful in their recommendations and I can’t wait to go back. Thanks Oliva :)
