We visited Missouri Botanical Garden today to check out the new construction. So much going on. The Azaleas and dogwoods are in bloom. Lots of new color and lots of new devopments in the various gardens. Today was a spectacular day in the garden temperature 75 degrees.. Not too crowded but still a gem for St. Louis. This is a treat to enjoy and a place to visit and I highly recommend a visit or 2 this year.

It’s very well laid out with lanterns and ponds full of fish! There is a feeding station as well where for a quarter you get food to throw to the fish The walk loops around a pool adorned with structures having fountains made of bamboo pouring water Meditational and picturesque

We enjoyed our walk around the Japanese Garden very much. It was pretty quiet walking in this area except for where the Koi fish were located. For fifty cents you could buy food to feed them. The geese and ducks get in on the action too. The fish are huge!

One of my favorite places in the Botanical Gardens. The Japanese Garden is one of the largest in North America and is beautifully laid out - there's a large central lake with several islands, bridges, a teahouse, and lots of well-designed landscaping.

A great place to take a stroll or hang out and find a...
