On this particular occasion we pulled into the drive thru the light was not working on the display menu, so my dad couldn't see, the person on the mic stated "I said the light was out, what is your order", the Manger's/ Shift Manager's Stank Attitude is clearly on display. She handed the girl the burger to bag, so the Manger knew it was cold. The cheese was still frozen and the wrapper itself was cold to the touch. We realized this approximately 5mins later. Customer service is a joke the 800 customer service line could care less. I'll never give them another dime of my hard earned money or time. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!
