Subway — Restaurant in St. Marys

It was the worst experience that i have ever experienced.....Ordered 3 different Meal Deals and none of them were right.....but thats not even the kicker.. tried..ordering thru the app and it kept glitching and wouldnt go thru....so went into store and they manually entered order and used debit card.....guess what 2 different transactuons was processed and taken out of account.....which in turn flagged my account as fraud.....so called them and no record of online order.....was told basically your loss ...call your bank and dispute it that way....So Whomever got the other order sure hope you enjoyed it..... and was rude on phone and daughter in law said you all were rude in store....will be contacting District Manager in AM.b.Subway in St Marys you lost all of my respect...

Bruce, you know... the hot one. His mayonnaise tasted amazing on his six inch (more like 4 1/2 ;]). I've never had such good meat from another man in my life. Ughhh I wish I could have had a foot long but I'm no size queen. The way that boy could also toss my salad; it was beyond amazing. The tip that I gave him had to match the service he gave me. The way he slid the six inch into the hot oven while being so gentle and kind to me was magical. I cannot recommend this place and these workers enough. They really know...

I don’t know what has happened to the subway in St. Marys but the last few times we’ve had horrible service. I’ve tried to use the online ordering to save time for them to not have even started my order when I go to pick it up even though the app shows my order is ready. Even going into the store to order has been poor customer service. I really hope a manager or the store owner reads these reviews and takes care...
