Wings Etc. — Restaurant in St. Marys

We had probably the best experience of anyone in our side of the restaurant, and it still wasn't great. Hostess tells us there is a wait but "can't say how long it may be." WHAAAT? Running out of chips on a Saturday is crazy, guessing they won't have any tomorrow either. Multiple tables who were seated with drinks when we got there were still waiting on food after we had ate and left. The general manager couldn't be bothered to even visit a table despite multiple tables not getting food for over an hour. This leaves young servers to deal with increasingly upset customers. I have no idea what he thinks his responsibilities are. I've never seen so many people having a bad restaurant experience at the same time. At least one table gave up and walked out. The food is overall OK. However, the food in the atmosphere are diminished by the poor service. It takes the waitresses forever to see you and then it takes them forever to get you your bill whenever you’re done with your meal. On top of that, I ordered shrimp that came with a side. Then I get the bill and it seems that they charged me for the meal and then charge me for the side separately even though the side should’ve been included in the meal. When I asked for my money back, she told me there is no way that they could do that. Seeing that I’ve worked at a restaurant before I don’t know how that is actually possible that they couldn’t give you your money back and recharge you for a different price meal. This is the 3rd time my family have ordered to pick up. And the people working is more rude every time. The 2 young girls that was very rude because we wanted to check our order because every time it has been wrong. Got a older lady that was even more rude. And to our surprise the order was wrong. We took the order off the bag showed them it was wrong and they got mad because we insisted we get what we ordered because we had paid for it. They got really rude then so we have decided we will no longer do business with this wings etc. Like I said it has happened 3 times and 3 times the service was horrible and only gets worse.
