Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in St. Matthews

I was ordering a $9.99 two topping pizza and I asked for my pizza with the two toppings and referenced that it was the same as the six cheese but just minus the seasoning+parmasan they add on it. Which they dont offer as a topping but will provide free packets if requested. The guy on the phone (turned out to be the manager) emphasized to me that "he could go ahead and add the seasoning and parmesan BUT some managers would charge for adding seasoning, but he was going to do it for free". I didn't thank him, and he reiterated 2 times that not all managers would do that. I think he was expecting praise. So instead, I said you know what... I don't wanna put you on the spot like that. How about you just make the pizza like the other managers and with my delivery send some packs of seasoning and parmasan and I will put them on there myself. The manager said "how about I don't make your pizza at all". I said "please don't, I will never return to this location." I drive 3 miles further to the one near tenstletown. I am so disgusted by this location. I came in and ordered a large sausage pizza to be delivered at 6. I asked the girl if I could pre pay the tip. She said yes. It was 13.94 and I said give the change to the driver. Which would be 6 dollars tip basically. He comes with the pizza. No one told him it was paid first of all. Second, no one told him it was 6 dollars. Whoever was working took 5 and left 1. I don't know who it was but I am never ordering again. I always get pizza hut and I decided to get papa johns because it was right there. Apparently he was a new driver too. I am so disgusted with this location. I work for Jimmy Johns. I always tip a crazy amount when I order because I work with them. I know how crappy tips can be so I always tip like 40 to 50 percent...

I have never had a more horrible experience than the one that I had tonight at this location on Shelbyville Road. I ordered online and was shown a completion window of 7:27 PM to 7:37 PM. I arrived at the location and let them know I was there at 7:22. I did receive my food until 8:03 pm. There were people that walked in and made an actual order at the counter and received their food before me. Oh and get this I hear one of their employees criticize my order by saying why did you order a Shaqaronni pizza if you only wanted half a pepperoni pizza. First off, the price point for the Shaq was $2 cheaper than a large pepperoni. And lastly, who are you to degrade the way a customer orders their pizza. Let's just say, I will never order from them...
