Taco Bell — Restaurant in St. Paul

Order 4 food items total, 1 iced coffee online & can't get it right. If they do leave something out and your checking your bag in drive thru, the younger one's roll their eyes, huff n puff and act like it's an inconvenience that they left your food out YOU paid for. -That's UR job- learn some work ethic, customer service, and smile a little! !!!!!If u don't like working there LEAVE!!! ■EVERYTIME I go 2 Taco Hell, they ALWAYS LEAVE SOMETHING OUT!!! ALWAYS! There's not much to choose from in our town & most of us don't live or work close by, to run back waste gas,time & effort to get the food we paid for that you left out. First time eating at the new Taco Bell in St. Paul, VA was so embarrassing and rude trying to order at the drive thru. If someone would like to discuss you can contact me via my name on messenger. Totally inappropriate behavior to the point one would need to contact discreetly.

The second review tonight eating for the third time at this location when ordering thru the drive thru could not order because the cashier was in such a hurry that we couldn't order due to being asked if there was something else we needed to order. Every time we would start to order we would just have to answer her question and advise yes we had more to order. The quality of the food was poor. Tacos were soggy with hardly any meat on the taco. The nachos and cheese were terrible. The chips were so stale and old tasting that we just threw away. The chips tasted like they were very old like they were really old. The lettuce on the tacos was not shredded. Large pieces of lettuce was on the tacos. Very poor rating on food quality to the point that you should not receive ...

Would have been a 1 star if this had been my first experience there. Tonight 2/22/21 I received food that was sloppily put together (the wrappers were drenched in grease so much the bag was ripping apart) also had missing items and some of the customized items were incorrect so I went back to get my food corrected most of it was made correct but one of the tacos still had the customization wrong. That being said they are still the best fast food we have here and the most friendly, I do not blame the workers in the window as I heard them say what needed fixed but I do blame the ones on assembly.

Edit 6/13/2021 welp the mcdonalds workers have migrated here and have absolutely ruined it, this place is slowly going down hill. if you have to eat in st Paul goto the gas station at least you can see if the food is messed up before you buy it and it's impossible for your food or drink to not be given to you.
