Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in St. Peter

Unintentionally came 2 minutes before closing (so sorry lol) and they where very kind, funny, and human. Tasted great and whole staff was funny and kind at window and speaker. It's refreshing to go somewhere and be treated like a person not just another customer. I work fast food so I know how big of a difference it makes when you are yourself with the customers rather then an emotionless server who bows down to even the rudest people... Personality in customer service should be encouraged! Not suppressed!! This store does a great job expressing that! I visit this store very sparsely, but if I lived close I would be a regular....

I cannot be more appreciative of a coffee place. I’ve come here multiple times a week for the whole summer to get coffee before work, and I’ve never had anything less than a wonderful experience. Every employee seems to take interest in your day, your well-being, your weekend plans, anything that clearly makes you excited to talk with them. I’ve driven away after getting coffee almost every time with a smile on my face and the thought in my head of “Aww, they were so nice! That was so sweet!”. Great service as always! However, the pumpkin spice drink I had today was undrinkable:( I don't blame the staff at all -- I think it's just the ingredients they're required to use). The pumpkin spice drink I had tasted like a pumpkin essential oil -- the burn and all -- along with a really gross after taste. With that being said, their espresso in general is great, but I literally had to throw away an $8 large drink away because it felt I was being suffacoted by Mom's homemade pumpkin...
