Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in St. Peter

I gave it a 2 because at least my pop was the temperature it should be. I called in a order at 6:15 pm because I felt lazy and didn't want to go in and wait. I gave them 10 mins and went there. I was 3dr in line at drive thru. They had a double cheeseburger basket, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger basket no lettuce and onion rings instead of ff's. I sat at the drive thru window for over 5 minutes while I saw 7 workers behind the counter and 2 outside in front of me handling a upset customer. When I got my food, it was cold! Should I be surprised? No, what's going on with this DQ? There is always a ton of workers behind the counter, but none of them know what's going on! I had 6 workers ask me one time if I've been helped..that could be a good thing, or it could be very frustrating! I worked at that very same DQ back in the 80's and Dave would of NEVER allowed...

Every time I go here it at least takes about 20 minutes to get my food. Recently when I went here, I ordered a blizzard. They were almost closing and they were not busy at all. I waited at the drive thru for about 15 minutes waiting for one small blizzard. When I got it, it was melted and did not taste good at all. This Dairy Queen has horrible service no matter what time it is and how many people are in it. It takes forever to get your food and it doesn't even taste good when you get it. They also mess up my order every time I go there. If you want to get your food fast, I would not recommend going to this Dairy Queen. Also a friend of mine has gotten stuck to the floor 3 times because it's so dirty. He likes getting an extra chicken strip...

I live in the neighborhood and used to frequent this DQ often with my grandson. I am a huge fan of the vanilla cherry dip cone. However, the past three times I have went, the ice cream has been extremely light and airy, and I'm not exaggerating when I say it tasted more like marshmallow cream than ice cream. Like it really isn't even cold and the cherry dip hardly sticks to it. It's not the heat, as it hasn't been hot out. I was told once by someone that worked for Dairy Queen that they can adjust the amount of air that is put with the ice cream and I'm not sure if it's a cost saving measure or not but something has happened to the ice cream in this location. It makes me sad because I can't even eat them as I hate marshmallows. Staff are...
