I would give this coffeehouse a five star rating but after what happened today when I was having a good day but left upset…. The poor owner tried to make me feel better… their coffee is so good , and I will admit that I spend a lot of money here as well as come here every couple days . There’s one guy at this location that has been there since they opened and he always makes my drinks perfectly as well as remembers them . Today, I saw a whole new staff that I haven’t seen before. I specifically told the girl taking my order to hold on for my fiancé to tell me if he wanted cream based or coffee based while I order the rest of my drinks. Which I got a text before I was done ordering telling me. At this time they already started making my drinks and made coffee based so it had to be changed . No big deal to me but I noticed the one girl with pink hair look annoyed . I then picked up my drinks as they were in a drink holder and the sweet owner opened the door for me while I walked out because I had no hands . Well the girl with pink hair didn’t properly put my drinks in the drink holder so one spilled as I walked out the door …. The owner was so sweet about it and had them make me another one. I went to pick up my drink from the girl with pink hair and said thank you and she walked off ignoring me shaking her head … then I said I’m sorry and she keeps walking off ignoring me shaking her head … meanwhile the owner was so sweet and wanted to help . I have never had any issues here and not a great way to treat a loyal customer to the point of ruining my day. I don’t know if I’ll even go back after this … maybe if she isn’t working that day … kind of disappointed because I really think this place is known for their customer service … and the one with pink hair ruined it for me. After the shaking of the head , I didn’t even feel comfortable drinking the drink she re-made after the complete rudeness and disrespect I was subjected to . My recommendation would be to go here when she is not there , as she doesn’t seem like she should be working in any industry where customer service is involved. We have gone twice to get coffee here. I am comparing this place to places I’ve been to In the state of WA that is known for coffee so this could be me being picky but their coffee is not worth the price you pay. Both times when I got my drink it looked like I maybe had 1 or 2 shots of espresso in my LARGE drink and felt like I was just paying for a glass of milk…this was for a vanilla iced latte and the second time, a caramel macchiato both iced. My husband usually gets an iced americano and the first time they they made his drink completely, the second time we went I don’t know if it was the manager but the girl with the curly blonde hair told him that they don’t do it that way there and told him to go to the counter they have and mix it in himself even though you can mix sugar into cold coffee. I wish I could have gotten a picture cause I literally felt like I paid for a glass of milk. Too watered down as well. Also the customer service was not great our second time not only with us but this poor woman that came in had spilled her coffee and instead of them giving her a new cup of coffee (it was literally black hot coffee) they made her pay for it and the two girls working with the girl with the blonde hair that helped us, didn’t bother to give her input on what they should do.
