Wawa — Restaurant in Virginia

The only good thing about this service station is the fact they're in a gas price war with sheetz across the street. Every other thing that brings you to a Wawa, this place doesn't do/have. Example: They never has pre-prepared warm foods. The warming stations are there and on, but they rarely fill them. You have to custom order and wait 15 minutes. I decided this morning that I'd grab a breakfast sandwich here because I needed to fill up, and the Wawa literally a mile down the road has no open pumps due to construction. I completely forgot that this wa-wa never pre-prepares warm food. I shouldn't say never. Of the 20-30 times I've been here in the morning to fill up, I've seen breakfast sandwiches here once for early morning commuters. When going in for just a snack your supposed to choice for either self check out or a register person not this time that I went I was forced by the register person as to which I believe is a trans person i do not particularly know nor the name I rushed to leave they didn’t not call over but rather demanded me to their line and forced me there and it made me severely uncomfortable and I felt like there was no way out of it and I just didn’t feel right with the way they watched me all the way back to my car normally when I’m in there I like self check out this time I was in there they specifically watched me the whole time and harassed me I did not feel safe or welcome at the store and I wish the next time I go there I wouldn’t have to...

Had ordered a sub and when my husband brought it home it was wrong. I called the store to have it rectified and the manager wasn't very helpful except telling me I could come back and get a new one. So we had to waste our time and gas to return to get what we ordered and paid for in the first place. Upon return, when my husband gave the sub back to be remade the correct way the girl behind the counter asked what the issue was with the sub and why couldn't I have just eaten it.
