Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

I call and they have a 2 large pizza special where one pizza must be a speciality pizza and the other a non speciality pizza. I try to order the Tuscan Speciality pizza with mushrooms and I am told I can't add special toppings..isn't that the point of a speciality pizza? So I say cancel the speciality order and I then said make it 2 medium pizzas (Tuscan with mushrooms and a regular pizza with mushrooms and pepperoni). I ask for thin crust to cut the carbs and I am told I can only do thin crust on large pizzas. So I cancelled my whole order and got what I wanted at Dominos who obviously understands customers are paying. Is it really that hard to provide food service the way customers ask and stop redefining speciality? They lost a $30 order and I got what I wanted at...

First time visitor. Asked about specials, was told a large 2 topping pizza was $10. I specifically asked if it was available in pan crust. Was told yes. Then the guy taking my order tried to charge me for 2, that should've set my Spidey sense off. Placed my order and had to wait 15 min. Picked it up and it was a medium. The (now) girl behind the counter said I couldn't get the pan in a large. Well, that's not what I was told or what I paid for. She offered to make me a large but I didn't have time to wait for them to redo it. Will NOT be coming back. I'll go back to Little Caesar's where it's cheaper and I don't have to wait. Should've read the reviews first. Update: 2 hours later everyone who ate it had the runs....

I asked for no contact delivery, only to find out the delivery guy calling my phone back to back asking me for a tip, then to text me, receiving a tip is something the customer will do voluntarily, not forced. It’s coming off as we have to tip, you choose the job, so don’t pressure us customers for a tip.. I paid for my food, your job can pay for your service.
