Sunny Rainbow messy dirt on floor,no heat freezing restaurant in the middle of winter, unlit dining room,glass of water taste terrible,wait staff staring at you constantly across the room listening to your conversation and more..The food terrible I got food poison eating there.The food poor to the taste.Much of the food tangy taste to it.Overcooked food on the meat and rice no flavor.Poor communication language barrier.I don't see,how they stay in business at all?Mid day no one in the restaurant.Why would the restaurant have no heat on in winter,no lights on in dining room,tables not set up for service and more?? My friend's meal burnt egg roll,shoestring tough beef like jerky he has false teeth hard for him to chew and rest of his meal poor quality.Both of us become sick after eating there food poison vomiting and stomach pain...My overall review don't go there at all quality of food poor,customer service poor,restaurant atmosphere poor,decoration attire poor,ceiling vent in dining room dirty.I know all this taking 2 years culinary arts training understanding restaurant business top to bottom.Finally note state's health inspection should do an audit...

It’s very sad for me to say this but after supporting this restaurant for many years tonight broke the camels back and we will never go back.

I have noticed in the last few orders that we have place that they are cutting back on their portions. That’s understandable because of the way the prices have gone up. However, not only have their portions gone down dramatically but so has their quality.

It’s painfully clear that they are stretching their inventory to a point of being unsanitary and unsafe. The chow mein that my wife got this evening was quite literally gray in color and had an overt fishy smell to it. She took one bite, chewed twice, and spit the rest into the trash.

My chicken teriyaki dinner which used to come with a healthy portion of chicken, but also a healthy portion of vegetables, often far too much for me to finish in one setting is now maybe half, and I am not kidding, maybe even less than half than what I had received no more than...

Ordered the pu pu platter for 2, snow peas with shrimp and scallops and szechuan beef lo mein. $45 order online. We are new to the area and trying to support local business, so we ordered and followed directions on their website/online order to their VERY OLD location. Called upon arrival - as the location was empty. The person on the phone didn't understand and barely spoke English apparently, and didn't help at all. Had to call back and get directions to drive to the "new" location. No problem stuff happens. But the food was just HORRIBLE. Some of the worst Chinese food I have ever had. Overcooked, over-breaded, underseasoned, some mystery meat in the mix, a ton of sand in the scallops, or in the case of the Szechuan - so spicy it was barely edible and we are from the Southwest and very used to very spicy food.
