After a busy day I decided to go to azadero Mexican grill for a late breakfast. When I walked in the place looked clean and empty for 11am. I went up to the register, placed an order with the cashier and took my seat. Im a huge an simple frijol, Aroz a de huevos rancheros type of person. And I always tend to look at my rice to see if it fully cooked. Upon looking at my rice I noticed there was a hair in my rice and in my beans. So I did the practical thing, I called the cashier. And that was about 3 min into receiving the meal. I showed her the plate and told her there was a hair in my food. She looks at it and said I'll take it to the back. A few moments later she came back and said the cook said that the hair in the plate is red. No one in the back has red hair. The hair in the plate was a blondish brownish. I looked at her and asked for my money back for my food but they could keep the money for the coke I had order. Upon telling her this the cook in the back appeared and glared at me from the back and the cashier proceeded to tell me the food is getting done and staying over and over again they wear hair nets. Word of caution, when she appeared from returning with answer for from the cook she was wearing a placed net in her hair with a ponytail to her waist (defeats the purpose of the hair net) and when she took my order she wasn't wearing a hair net. All I'm saying is be wart if we're you eat. The service was horrible since the moment I walked in, the place was hit and if someone will argue with a customer in regards to what was found in the food I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. If the owner is reading this, check your cameras for proof and customers stay away. When the cashier handed me my money it was practically shows at me....
Read moreMy family is from Michoacán and we had seen a video from instagram and just had to try it. Overall the food was good and I have little to no complaints. Some of the meat that wasn’t drenched in sauce was dry but everything else was really good. The reason why I’m giving it a 2 star is because the service was absolutely horrible. We walked in and did not get greeted but eventually sat down. Then our waitress came out and had the worst attitude no greeting no customer service experience it seemed like. Her energy was so horrible and she would even put the plates right in our face (not even an inch away) never apologized and when we asked for extra tortillas she would answer how we already had some. She was extremely unprofessional and should be moved to the back of the house. I understand having a bad day but the manager on duty should’ve switched her out (it’s so crazy how the rudest people always have jobs!!) Eventually this guy started coming to check on us more often than she did which was odd but he was really nice so thank god for that. Although the food was good, it isn’t that good to deal with rude waitresses or even go back. I recommend taking your food to go but personally we will not...
Read moreFood, service and ambiance are the best. I am a service-connected Veteran of OIF (2003-2004) and I can say that this restaurant accomodates everybody. My elderly mother, who is also disabled, feels amazing at this place since they treat every body with kindness. The wait is short and the taste is awesome. I know if I were to bring a service animal, I would not be denied service. I've been to places where people claim to have "service" animals. Yet, on observation, more clearly likely than not, said animals are not truly service animals. Service animals behave in certain ways, you can figure that out, so I do not just add my two cents here. I highly recommend this place that offers service to everyone, including if you have a service animal. If you walk in with a "service" animal, make sure it has been trained accordingly. I am disheartened to hear another reviewer post otherwise. Again, food, service and ambiance are the BEST! Come check it out, leave your pets at home and your service animals are ALWAYS welcome, I asked and that...
