actually the worst customer service. my mother and i bought a pack of egg noodles around 4:00 pm on may 26, 2019 and keep in mind i saw other packages of the same brand having the same green mold on the noodles, however as an inexperienced buyer i thought it was just something else and since my mom (who has terrible eyesight) bought it, i thought it was fine. I understand that I should’ve voiced my concerns to my mom however, if the store has many packages lying out like that to all vulnerable customers, we should trust them right? what happened to the manager who is supposed to check on the quality of their supermarket? turns out when we got home to open it up to cook it, my dad has pointed it out the it was mold. so we took the noodles to the customer service at the store around 5:00 pm and told them about what had happened. they said ok either you can have a refund or a exchange (l keep in mind of those other packages that are moldy as well) and blamed it on the brand when in fact it was the supermarket that kept the products past its expiration date. this was terribly dealt with because 1. had my mom not been able to see those molds and took the exchange, she would’ve still gotten the same product witht he same mold. and 2. if a customer is there to complain for a package of egg noodles for 5.00 dollars, please assume that they are trying to help the store and don’t laugh at the customer in their face and argue back with them (1. That’s rude and 2. there’s no respect to the customers ). they don’t want to waste their time to drive nor waste their gas money for a merely...

I was just at this market and I wanted to share what a horrible experience I just had with the little Hispanic man at the exit door. I am a frequent customer, was a frequent customer, and I know exactly where the restroom is. I stepped inside through the exit door, completely aware that it is the exit only. However, I was in dire need of using the restroom. I am a 100% disabled veteran and unfortunately when I need the restroom, I need the restroom right away. I did not know the code to the restroom and I stepped over and asked this Hispanic man the code. He immediately started telling me that I needed to go around this will be exit. I said I understand, and I’m going to go around I just need to use the restroom really quick. He kept yelling at me saying you have to go around, you have to go around you have to go around. I said work, please let me just use the restroom real quick and then I’m gonna go around. He refused to help me. This man apparently has more power than what he should be responsible for. He is abusing his power, because this is how he abuses his customers. The people who pay his check. I totally understand not letting people abuse coming through that door. But if somebody has an emergency and they need to get into the restroom right away, there needs to be some compassion and understanding. Both of these things this man did not have. This market is close to my home so it’s convenient, I visit when I need certain Asian vegetables or condiments. However, SOME of the “butchers” are very rude and lazy, as almost every time we’d asked for meat that needed to sliced by machine, they’d throw fits and even heard one curse out loud in Vietnamese.. I believe they said “Do-my” ? In addition, they throw the meat at you and I have seen some questionable health safety violations like putting raw meat directly on scales & meat left in slicer machine and not cleaned out before use. Since then, I go somewhere else for meat. Avoid the meat section ... other than that, decent market.

Decided to give this place a try again, and found the butchers more friendly than usual and saw someone cleaning the meat glass while there. In addition, the counter was cleaner than I remembered. Hopefully they continue...
