Other places were quoting me literally triple what CellSpot charged for a battery replacement for my pixel, which just felt unfair. Their price was beyond reasonable.

They had a special tool for Google Pixels which other shops didn't have. Those shops warned me that they might break my screen in the process of replace the battery and that I would have to pay for a new screen too, if they broke it. That just sounded ridiculous to me.

Erica and the other lady I didn’t catch the name of were both super friendly and really accommodating. They were swamped but still managed to fix my phone the same day, way quicker than other places were quoting.

I dropped off my phone and within an hour or two they had it all fixed perfectly. And as I was walking out, they let me know that there's a warranty on the battery for 6 months if anything were to happen to it as well.

I can't recommend them enough after having dealt with other phone repair stores in the past.

After about a week of my iPhone 6 touch screen not working, I finally decided to try and get it fixed. I brought it in and explained what was going on with my iPhone and they said 'No problem, we'll have it fixed within 20 minutes'. I thought to myself there's no way they will have it done in 20 minutes. And I was right because they had my phone working within 15 minutes! I can't believe how fast it was!

These two worked incredibly hard to get me in and out as fast as possible and that's something I greatly appreciate. My time is very valuable to me and it definitely seems like they took that into consideration.

My second time coming in. This time I needed a iPad Pro screen repaired. They had to order the part because iPad pros are not commonly repaired as I found out at other places as well. She was able to get the part in a few days I was happy with the repair my Apple Pencil and everything worked fine after repair. Thank you, I'll be back hopefully not soon but I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends. Also they were upfront on they cost details and showed me the part they were ordering they only charged the part cost plus labor no part markups. They called me when the part arrived and the install wasn't too long of a wait. I watched iron man on the tv while I waited. Overall this place was well equipped for customers who have to wait, it was less stressful than most...
