I'm at a loss for words when it comes to this. However, you all are wonderful, and you brighten my day every time I come by. You all have this positive atmosphere that makes life easier and reminds me how wonderful life is because of how beautiful the vibe you all have and how well you communicate and operate as a team, and how a team should function. Never before have I walked into a place and felt appreciated. Three weeks ago, a gentleman was working entirely by himself, which I'm sure was stressful for him. However, the enthusiasm and customer service he shown made it appear as if he was delighted to be working at this location. I will never, ever forget what you done for me. I understand how difficult times are, but every single one of you is greatly appreciated. I came in yesterday, and the individual who took care of my order was 10/10, and he was nothing but positive and respectful all through the process. It was almost as if we were in a back and forth "thank you" match where we just kept saying thank you over and over again... out of all the places I've gotten food from, it would be the most extraordinary. I scheduled a delivery for 11:45 in the afternoon and at 12:30 the food had still not arrived. So, I called the restaurant to figure out what was happening. I got hung up on twice without speaking to anyone. When someone finally got on the phone the person was unjustifiably rude and curt. I get if you are busy and I was calm about the whole interaction. They told me they had received an order of 40 pizzas when they first opened and they had no chance to contact me. Which I understood. Things happen. But the rude behavior on the phone was something they could control. Shame on you for being rude to someone for being curious about their order when it was nearly an hour late. I first found out about this place from restaurant. Com because they are one of the few locations still taking that coupon. We tried the Northwest territory xl pizza, which is so sweet, but earthy in November. In December we went up north again. The pizza was just as good the first time. I am a little nervous to try anything else from looking at the reviews. Maybe offer the people who had uncooked or burned pizza another one on the house. That's just what I would expect.
