Every few months someone in my family will decide they really want some DQ. Every few months I am reminded of why I never choose this establishment. We have lived within walking distance for almost 2 years now. In those 2 years I have had a pleasant experience maybe 3 times. I have left drive through multiple times because no one ever came on the speaker to take my order. I've been told to pull around to get my order and then had to wait 15 minutes for a very obviously annoyed employee to take my order.
Last night took the cake! We pull up to drive through and we get "can you wait just a min..nah, go ahead with your order."My wife was ordering and after the first order he immediately asked if that completed the order. This happens a lot here in starkville and I dont understand it. Do you not want me to order more items and bring the business more money? My wife then placed the second order and immediately went in to the 3rd so as not to be rudely asked if we were done again when the guy actually yelled through the speaker, and I quote "wait wait wait wait wait, ok I have a __" and he said he had the chicken from the first order and didnt even remember the drink that was supposed to come with it. He was in such a hurry to ask if that completed the order he didnt listen to the order. My wife repeated the drink, replaced the second order and after having to repeat herself for the 5TH time, we finally decided to just leave because whoever's was working drive through either can not hear or didnt want to but the unprofessional and completely rude service he was providing was absolutely inexcusable. I recommend a total fire and rehire new staff because this place gas obviously had many employees in the last 2 years and none have been able to provide a good customer experience. If not for the SUPER SERVICE at your drive through window, I would have given only a couple stars (instead of the 4). You were providing great service inside right after you opened.
Mr Russell is correct. The level of service (inside) has fallen dramatically since opening week. There seems to be a total disconnect between one's job and the patronage of your customers. Yes, "rude" is an appropriate description for your current level of service.
I too noticed the slippery, greased-like floors. Probably you are using kitchen mop head in the dining area. Besides feeling like you're walking across a fat fryer (a total turn off), it is a lurking lawsuit.
Your store and landscape are great looking! Best of any restaurant in town.

Rude workers, long waits, and food isnāt up to par. This time I ordered cheese curds with ranch and marinara at the drive through. Was rude to begin with. Took forever. Handed me the bag and I asked could I get one extra ranch. They responded with uh we donāt have any ranch just marinara. Ok. Wish I had known before I paid bc I wouldnāt have ordered that had I known. She asks is that ok in a very smart mouthed way. I mean weāve already paid I guess it has to be. We leave. Get on down the road and look in the bag and they didnāt even give me the marinara they said was in there. This is by far the worst DQ Iāve ever been to.
