DO NOT ORDER INTERNET SERVICE FROM THIS HORRIBLE AND DISRESPECTFUL BUSINESS (Starkville)Over two months ago I called and set up service for a family friend. We were informed of the process and all needed steps in terms of payments, installation, and products that were coming with the service. First problem was the installation happened at my friends home and the service stopped working the same day. The free Firestick was not delivered on that day either. So I called the company and was told that it was a dealer issue...fine! I called, requested a call back never got one for the last three months. In the meanwhile, service issues continued and then finally it just went off. I called yet again because they are older adults and was told the whole internet system has a issue and also they hadnāt taken a payment because of a billing error requiring them to double bill...yet again fine. Another month goes by and it becomes slower and slower, called spoke with Mark waited month for a return phone call. Fast forward to today, my friends let the service go because one it never worked properly and they never got the products associated with it. Requested to speak to William directly at this point because I yet again encounter Mark who sincerely seemed upset over the matter but yet couldnāt explain why for more than a month he could not return my call that I requested for information in regards to the issue. Repeatly, I was addressed as a Ms when I am Mister and he comes back and tells me without a doubt William will not talk to me in regards to issue and no one can explain to me why none of the billing or the products were ever right. Normally, I do not bring race into the conversation but this is one of those times when I will do so. As an African Americans household that ordered this service and made repeated phone calls about it, it shows the respect and care he has for his customers. As a man, after repeatly stating name and still being disrespected as a female, it shows they do not listen. These glowing reviews can truly make you think you are dealing with a respectable business do not be fooled. I was going to waste my precious time with a drive over to request the products in person but it is not even worth that. This is a permanent record of the horrible service and customer service in regards to Gators. And I see the stellar replies you give bad reviewers. I stay ready for disrespect as you have shown today by not coming to the phone to deal with a customer directly and sending Mark back to tell me you would not speak to me. Customer service is the cornerstone of any business and disrespect is not. You had your employees to repeatly lie and say you were not in and I could go on and on. One could call this a one off, but I am sure it is not in regards to your African American customer base. As I said earlier I requested to speak with you and you said you would not so silly me I am sure your reply will never happen with this post! People take my advice and use a business that values diversity, respect for the individual, and actually addresses customer concerns proactively.
Update: William I am so glad that you replied to my post. As I stated in the post. The company says the product in question comes from you not them, that Firestick in question is posted clearly as a something that comes with the service. I enjoy writing books especially when it is a truthful reply. But the kicker is you had your staff to call me about this review and then you get smart in your reply. How mature? As I stated in my conversation with your staff member this situation and review could never have happened if you simply would have followed through with your ad which is clearly posted. What is cute about the situation is the fact that you had another African American to make the only return phone call to me.(Twenty minutes after my review) Gee whiz, if this isnāt a issue of race and customer service I do not know what is. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have an LGG2 Verizon phone. I had my phone 4 days and dropped it on the face of it and it cracked the screen. I thought this place could fix it. I brought my phone in and paid for the services up front. Like I said I only had the phone 4 days. It was brand new. Well after they had my phone for a week I went to pick it up, well my phone was far from fixed. They tried to blame it on the adhesive they use but I have since called several other places, including Verizon, and was informed that they just simply did not do it right. They kept my phone another week for absolutely nothing. You can look under my screen it is NOT in my phone correctly, probably because it looks like they tried to pry the old screen out with a screw driver. I am now having to purchase a new phone because they have messed it up to the point that another screen cannot be put in. All four edges of my phone was COVERED in scratches. They refused even a partial refund, even though they damaged my phone. I have spoke to two or three people who have used them and apparently had the exact same problems. They give poor service, and even worse customer service. I would NOT take any device I don't plan on having to completely replace back to these people! Do your research before entrusting this business with anything you plan to continue using! Owner or whatever rude person representing Gators how about you READ my review. Never asked for a cracked screen warranty. You could look clearly under my screen. You do crap repair work and have even worse customer service. I recommend everyone I come in contact with to steer clear of your piss poor business. Hopefully it'll go under soon so people don't have to tolerate...

He gave himself 5 stars while I held my phone. Was rather persistent I leave a review for him then & there where he could reach my phone.
My only other issue was I took my iPad in 3 weeks ago for the screen to be replaced, it was ready in hours. Took it back a week ago cause the screen was coming off. 5 days later I had to call them to see if it was ready. I was quickly told "oh yea it's ready." Well thanks for letting me know that!
You say my iPad has been ready for days now, but no one from your store has felt the need to call me and tell me that. I've had to call myself three different times to check to see what was going on.
Update...the screen still is not attached, it'll lift right off. And the initial issue I had that caused me to need a new screen, still happens. I went elsewhere for another opinion on repair. I was told that important pieces in the screen replacement were very likely left out causing the main issue, the tablet & screen not "communicating", never was fixed. It just rolled over to the new screen. Now I'm out $200 for the initial repair and have junk...
