The skating rink has gone waaaay down.cater to Children way too much. you cannot hear the music and no matter how much you scream and beg people to turn UP THE MUSIC , they simply do not turn the music up .never have I ever been to a skating rink where the music volume is a problem. IF THIS IS A MANAGER TELLING EMPLOYEES NOT TO BLAST THE MUSIC AND TURN IT UP AND MAKE IT ENJOYABLE WE AS IN CUSTOMERS NEED TO SPEAK TO MANAGERS . I'm sorry but I cannot on the regular come to the skating ring anymore I refuse to go to the skating rink where the employees will not turn up the music we should not even have to ask that. If that's a manager decision that manager is god-awful and tell them I said it. That manager is ruining the whole party in the whole skating rink experience and I will not come back until that manager let those employees turn up the music! The only reason I would give this a two star review is because the kids had fun. We paid 400 dollars for a party on Saturday and got terrible service. They were forever getting our food, which was pre-ordered, to us. They had a total of 4 employees on a Saturday and had 3 birthday parties. They had no forks or knives for birthday cake. We had to go get napkins ourselves. Bringing 8 cups with ice for a party of 20 is unacceptable! If you are planning a birthday party do not go here. No sure why this place is...

I had my daughters birthday party here a few weeks ago! She loved it & had a great time! Only complaint-Other skate centers I’ve used in the past allowed two hours for birthday parties. This skate center only allowed an hour & a half for the party room. Everything from eating pizza, doing the cake, skating, & opening presents seemed very rushed.
