EL PRIMO MEXICAN RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Statesville

So I actually used to love this restaurant when I first learned about it even after a bad experience I continued to try and come and support because I honestly did love the tacos and for cheap on taco Tuesday my biggest issue with this establishment is the customer service and lack of accountability if your customer comes and pay for there food and do everything right on there end you shouldn’t blame your mistake on your customer… I came here after work today because I do not live in statesville but wanted to get something quick before going home I prefer flour over corn tortillas and I did get home and noticed it was not correct so I called up here as I noticed it was wrong I did not eat the tacos I was told they could be remade but as I stated I don’t live in statesville so once my time allowed me to come back which was in the same day since I drove back 20 mins out my way I asked if I could have an additional taco or 2 with my order for the inconvenience I was told he would do it this time but next time I need to check my order before I leave I told him I ordered my order correctly y’all are the worker/ owner yall should check after yourself it shouldn’t be on me for yalls mistake I brought the uneaten food back and all so the response was uncalled for to me after this I just don’t think I’ll be back cause I don’t want to spend my money with an establishment that doesn’t care to make the customer feel welcomed ect im here basically every week but I think that will stop after tonight may not be a big situation but after multiple bad encounters this is the icing on the cake and I always tell people about this place but that...

The absolute worst experience at a restaurant I have ever had. This owner does dirty business with absolutely no customer service whatsoever!!! I ordered a dinner combo with two quesadillas with rice and beans, and it was disgusting took one bite of each and spit them out. The waitress kindly took my meal back, and brought me a single cheese quesadilla in its place. When the bill came she said he comped the $2 cheese quesadilla and my 1 year old son's $2 drink. But I was charged for the full $9 meal that I didn't even eat! What sense does that make to be charged for something you didn't even eat? Mind you, we also orderd 3 margaritas and one beer, and appetizer, and 3 meals. If I'm spending a good amount of money on a meal, I'd like to enjoy it and/or at least be provided with great customer service. Being a small business owner, I love supporting small businesses but this guy does not care about his customers or repeat business he's just looking to make a quick buck! We will not be returning to this...

The service was amazing.the food was awesome.there was 1 guy working he was cook n server.they were busy n he was on top of things .reasturaunt very clean .server very nice .sat down n we ordered.we got put drinks in 2 min salsa,cheese dip,chips in 5 min and our chicken fajitas in less than 10 min of arriving.the prices are cheap n reasonable.reasturaunt very clean .don't look like much from outside but the service is awesome.the food tasted great.we got cheese dip n it was served hot.the food was large portions and our waiter surprised us with charro so we got free dessert n had never had charro before n they were good. we defiantly will go back again.very impressed with the reasturaunt service n food.our server...
