Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Staunton

I have very mixed emotions about this location, I've always been a dominos girl but for the price little Caesars is wonderful with that being said it HAS NEVER been hot n ready , so I started calling it in .Lastnight I called a pizza in at 4:30 after being hung up on TWICE I placed my order and was told 20mins so my daughter who is very little and I arrived 20 mins to later to pick up our order. Instantly i knew they were in complete chaos ! It took about 5 mins just to get greeted my order was not ready which I did not mind until 1 ) I watched the two managers on shift have a smoke break together 2)I also then observed a worker the only girl with any awareness tell her manager I had been waiting a very longer time for having called it in , this manager KARYN didn't say a word to me I believe she was fixing another messed up order when she did finally approach me she was RUDE and didn't apologize once . At this point I had to take my babygirl to the car and they assured me it be right out they came out to my car to make sure they were making the right thing for about the tenth time. I would of taken anything at this point. So my daughter and I are waiting in the car now , the manager Karyn proceeds to have ANOTHER SMOKE BREAK right in front of my car where she also LETS SOMEONE GO which to me is unprofessional I heard way to much even heard the manager make a statement in regards to her not able to catch a charge . Overall I waited an hour for 1 pizza bread and sauce . I had to remind them for the sauce . When I got home the bread was old and tough pizza was fresh obviously but was so greasy and not even cut all the way. I wouldn't be upset if the management(Karyn) would of been apologetic and made things right but they did not and have NO BUSINESS RUNNING A STORE...

Almost every time I go there they tell me it will be a "45 minute wait" for pizza. Always the same story, and always an empty parking lot with nobody in the drive through. It is pure laziness inside the store and they tell you that when they just don't want to make your pizza. I have been told this the last 9 times I have been there. On the off chance you ARE able to get a pizza, it is super rubbery and either too cooked or not cooked enough. When they first re-opened after their remodel it was good service, fast, professional, good pizza, almost comparable to Domino's. Now, it has just went right back to the way it was before, with terrible management, terrible low effort employees, and terrible service. In fact, there was a time a few months ago were I was stuck in the drive through for over an hour (because as you know if you have been there, once you go in the drive through, there's only one way out and that is forward.) and when I got to the window, they told me it was going to be a 45 minute wait for 2 pepperoni pizzas. Come on, I think we all know it doesn't take 45 minutes to cook a couple of pepperoni pizzas in a commercial oven.

On one hand I can understand why, because they probably selfishly pay their employees minimum wage just like every other greedy fast food franchise in this state, but on the other hand, it IS your job to provide quality food, quality service, and when people actually need it, not when it is convenient for you to do your...

I always notice a difference in our food when a manager is at work or not. I order from this location and I've seen many workers come and go. This manager I've just met, Doug, along with a sales associate, Jasmine, are great people to encounter. The pizza was not overly greasy like the last few times, just enough cheese and looked good too! The very nice woman, Jasmine, greeted me with such an enthusiastic smile like she really enjoyed her job; and was happy to take my order. Looks like this location is really trying to make their store better!! Kudos too Doug and Jasmine, as well as the crew that was hard at work tonight, 7/28/2017 around 8:30pm!! Keep up the great work!!

I'd also, like to mention I have been ordering from this location for years. I've seen managers and employees come and go. It seems as if they are trying to really work on this location. And, tonight actually made my week. Was there 5 minutes, got my pizzas and crazy bread. It looked like everyone was hard at work and not goofing off liked I'd seen in the past.
