After today, you lost a long time customer. The food is great. However, your customer service gets worse every time I’ve placed an order. Firstly, they tell you they are putting you on hold, before even letting you even get a word in. You wait 10 minutes to get someone rude to talk to. Every time I talk to someone on the phone, they interrupt you with “mhmm”, and constant “yeps”. Stop and breathe to let the customer talk. These are the signs of a very poorly managed restaurant. I try so hard to be patient, but the people I’m talking too just seem to hate their job and want to get off the phone with you. Nevertheless, you’re told to wait 45-60 minutes for your delivery. I’ve never had a delivery be on time. In fact, in a few instances I’ve had to call back and they said they forgot to make my order. This has happened twice in the past. Tonight, but i’m sitting on my front porch waiting for my delivery, because I’ve seen previous delivery drivers try to deliver my food to just about every one of my neighbors. I was surprised to see a car roll into my neighbor's driveway like it was his house. Music was playing loud, and there were two minor children under the age of 10 in the car. I watched the driver stay in the vehicle while he was on his phone, while a very young boy tried to deliver my food to my neighbors house. Keep in mind, there were no vehicles in the driveway. The little kid did not want to give me my order when I said, “Hey, that’s me”, they get my order messed up all the time. The kid was very scared approaching me, and the adult male driver made no effort to try and resolve the issue. I was polite to the child, as I knew the situation is not right. I left a small tip not because of anything right, but because I feel bad for the two kids tagging along with whoever this guy is delivering my food. I’m called back to the restaurant and spoke to another person who put me on a hold. I’ll and this with, I doubt anything is done about this situation. Hire some company delivery drivers who are vetted, have training and customer service skills. I’m assuming the restaurant pays DoorDash and Ubereats drivers whether a customer uses the apps or not. BAD practice. You lost me as a customer. I don’t care how good the food is. When you allow child labor, and it’s the same experience every time you place an order, I will take my...

I did online deal that they had for 2 pizzas one cheese and a one topping with free garlic knots for $31.90. I called before putting in the order to see if we could exchange the garlic knots for something else of equal value because we don't like garlic knots. The lady I spoke with said she would check and put me on hold for a few minutes. She come back and said we could for either garlic bread sticks, cheese sticks or mozzarella sticks. She told me to put a note at the check out section to let them know of the swap exchange.

After the order was submitted I got a text saying their would a $5.00 upcharge for the mozzarella sticks. I texted back saying I called and confirmed that the lady said it was an even exchange and the other person texted back saying they couldn't do it and ask if the up charge was okay. I told the not really because I was told one thing and now they are telling another. Then the other person said they can cancel my order if I would like. I told them up charge was fine but not happy about was happened. The least they could have done was to honor their word even if was a mistake.

So I got the food home and the pizza was not good, soggy crust even though I asked for well done, the pizza sauce had too much of a garlic taste to the point it over powered everything. The only thing that was worth eating was the mozzarella sticks. So for $41 I got this order that was below mediocre pizza. Lets just say the Little Caesars pizza it better than this. I have the feel that we got ripped off for low quality pizza. Buyers Beware of this so called...

Ate here with the family the other night and i can see why I’ve heard about this location from the more experienced locals. I got the Calamari to start, the Special Deluxe pizza for my meal, and the cannoli as the dessert.

For starters, the calamari was an 8/10, best overall calamari I’ve ordered from anywhere(and its my testing dish). Only thing that would make it better would be some seasoning or light flavor mixed into the frying batter because they definitely needed the sauce, which too could use a bit of flavor enhancing. Still, a fantastic size, perfect fry amount, and came out to a good portion.

The Deluxe pizza was cooked well, soft in the center with a crust that cracked when bent to hold, and had plenty of toppings. The family bought three different pizzas overall and all had positive things to say.

Now the dessert. I’ve only tried a couple Cannolis at this point but they are quickly becoming my favorite dessert to test at locations. This location has a wonderful ricotta combination that worked very well with the extra whipped topping they added on the side. My only complaint would be the expense on this one. Twice the price over a couple other locations I’ve sampled and all were right at the same size. They were worth it to try once as I mentioned their mixture...

Fun Fact and one that I didn't know ... We ordered a Ceasars salad with grilled chicken from a local Staunton restaurant. We ordered it from their web-site, that same restaurant prepared and delivered it. We tipped them. We've ordered from this local restaurant dozens of times and it's always been great. Except tonight. I opened my salad and there were large, living black flies in my salad. I called the restaurant immediately and asked for a refund. They said no. Apparently, all online orders are processed by a third party. The restaurant does not give refunds; the third party company does. Neither the salad nor the flies belong to this third party, they all belong to this local restaurant who does not bear responsibility. I guess it's a good system if you can get it to work for you. It's not working for me.

We ordered delivery. The Italian Calzone had been ordered before with specific toppings which had NEVER included any sort of meat because of food allergies. The calzone did not have mushrooms or basil, but did have ham and spinach. The restaurant then LIED and said that all those calzones came that way when identical calzones had been ordered before and had zero issues. They refused to remake the incorrect item and refused any sort of refund. Save yourself the aggravation and go to Pizza Luca. At least they know how to make their orders properly.
