Me and a friend stopped here on a friday around 1115am for a lunch. This was about half way home from a float trip on the eleven point river for us. I have heard good things about this place and another location they have in Sullivan missouri. We both had a breakfast burger Both adding swiss cheese I skipped the bacon on my burger. I had the 1/2 lb and my buddy 1/4 lb We also changed the buns to Texas toast. Kinda made it our own frisco melt. Audrey our waitress was a fan of Texas toast on sandwiches so when we asked if they had a fisco melt of some nature,I think she knew what we were wanting. Audrey was on point with the drink refills and the food was served up quick for being lunch time. The burger was really good and cooked good. The Texas toast was a great switch and was soft and thick. The frys were excellent adding some salt. The mustard, ketchup, salt pepper and napkins are on the table. The exterior of the building ia nice and their outside patio looks nice to sit at if it wasn't so hot that day. The location is easy to get too and parking was easy. They seemed to be a nice establishment with quick service a d good prices. We saw a few folks just come in and take to go orders. Seating inside was nice and they had a few tvs around. I may just have to take a motorcycle ride out here on a nice 80 degree day soon and sit on that patio and watch the traffic it a bit.

Riches Famous Burgers: A Culinary Delight Riches Famous Burgers offers a unique and unforgettable dining experience. I recently had the pleasure of indulging in their Jam Burger, a creative twist on a classic beef burger. The combination of peanut butter and pepper jelly on the beef patty was both unexpected and delicious, blending sweet and savory in every bite. The fries were a perfect accompaniment, boasting a crispy exterior and a soft, fluffy interior. As an appetizer, the cheese curds sampler platter set the stage beautifully, offering a delightful variety of flavors and textures. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the Gooey Butter Cake. This dessert alone makes the visit worthwhile, delivering a rich, buttery sweetness that left a lasting impression. Overall, Riches Famous Burgers exceeded my expectations with their inventive menu and impeccable execution. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a unique and satisfying dining experience.

Not very impressed. It was ok but definitely nothing special. I had the Jam Burger on recommendation that it was the most popular. I was hoping for a wow factor with the homemade hot pepper strawberry jam and was very disappointed. Nothing was hot about it and as you can see from the photo it was just a smear on the side of the burger. The Texas toast was room temp cool. The couple of bites I had that included the jam were the best part but that’s not saying much. The fries were ok, but just fries. Everything could have used some seasoning. I am always on the lookout for a great burger and this was not it. Probably better than fast food but not much. Maybe they were just off today, I hope so. I will say service was good. Not sure if I would stop again.

Stopped in on our way back home to eat. They have very very few options on their lunch menu, which I assume is their dinner menu as well. Food was honestly all just bland, we had a couple different items and it was all tasteless and not worth the price. Edit to respond to the Owner as it won't allow me to directly respond: I am very honest and blunt with my reviews of places. I have done a lot of reviews and never shy away from what I feel is the truth. I used to love stopping in to this place when it had BBQ years ago, obviously it was a different restaurant at the time or you guys have completely changed directions with it as I do not remember the name from then. I am extremely picky when it comes to eating out as we all should be when spending hard earned money on anything. I am sorry but neither I nor anyone in my family will attempt a meal there again. I get that everyone has different taste buds, preferences etc but usually between the 5 meals we order for my household there is typically at least 1 thing that is very good. Sadly this was not the case while dining at your restaurant. The burger meat tasted like a very cheap quality, I understand it all comes down to a balance of profits and customer satisfaction but IMHO I think there is a major issue with your line on that one. The waitress that we had came to the table 1 time in the 40+ minutes we were there to check in and do refills. We had requested some steak sauce and after 10 minutes I had to go up to the counter and get it myself, the place was not very busy at all either during this time. Appetizers tasted as if they were freezer burnt and still cooked anyways instead of discarding and replacing with fresh. Everything with a breading was what seemed as if just flour and no seasoning other than salt mixed in it. I wish the best for your business, obviously plenty of people like or love it and continue to support you guys and that is great, especially with being in such a small town that relies on tourism for a major part of all businesses around there. I would maybe suggest a customer poll? Just request their honest opinions and maybe give them $1 off their meal for their 60 seconds. Do it for a 30 day period or so and then go through them all and see what they are saying. So many people that go off and say this or that about a place but do not know how to or don't want to go online and make a review or say something in person. Just give them a short little one and have them place it in a box to collect? Is good to see an owner taking the time to get on here though and respond to reviews as a lot do not care like businesses did back in...

My last visit I had breakfast. I could not tell that breakfast hadn't been an option very long. I can't remember the name of what I had... maybe "stuffed hash browns"? Layer of hash browns on bottom, 2 sausage patties, 2 slices of bacon, 2 eggs (anyway you want them), cheese (it's a burger joint so cheese options are plentiful), sausage gravy, and more hash browns to top it all off. It was mighty tasty! Breakfast for me is a meal that can be eaten any time day or night. I usually look for an omelette (which they do have btw) but I saw the hash brown meal and gave it a go. I was glad I did. It was really good. If I had to change one thing: the bacon they use is good, thick sliced, good "burger bacon" but on a dish like this since the bacon is towards the bottom layer it may be better to use bacon crumbles instead. Either way it was good food at a reasonable price. I think they had a sandwich with 4 meats and 2 eggs plus cheese for under 5 bucks! That's super affordable and cheaper than most fast food prices. Now, for those of you still reading, wondering about service and cleanliness. It was overall good. Restaurant itself was clean and had clean bathrooms. The service was... meh... I mean it wasn't horrible just not the greatest. The point is go here for whatever meal you choose, you won't be disappointed...
