Amazing. Seriously, I am blown away at how good this food was. I had been looking for a place that makes Chaldean Kubba for quite a while, and this place nailed it. Some of the best i've ever had. The presentation was beautiful. The staff was very welcoming, and the chef even brought a piece to the counter before i paid for me to try. (I had a carry out for three.). He came and said here try first and handed me a piece. So great. All the worker behind the counter spoke to me and welcomed me. the tray they wrapped up nicely and by the time i got home my car smelled so good it took everything in me to not unwrap the tray and eat it on the drive! Ordered food for a family event worth $100 tray, the food was very dry and tasted like it was from a day before. We couldn’t drive back and return it because we were far away . They were closed the next day so I called today to let them know and they refused to believe me. No one in my family ate the food and unfortunately we had to throw it out. The lady on the phone didn’t have any solutions and stated they won’t offer any since it wasn’t returned the day of. If your customer service is this bad, now it makes sense why the food is bad.
