Iâve been customers for couple years bought multiple items from them, just this Christmas I bought 3 bracelets for my daughters , a ring and 8 bangles for myself , I put my bangle on on Christmas Day so happy and excited , one week later the white gold is getting scratched and is not white anymore , went to the shop today to see what can they do about that , first they didnât want to do anything cuz owner is not there but I had called them prior and the owner himself told me to come on Monday this is not the main issue, I insisted to get my issue resolved when I was there because I am driving from far . Then it turned out the owner wife was there and she can handle it ,I waited for her to finish with her client to talk to me , I showed her my bangles turning different colour , first she accused me I have them in my hand for long time (lol before she knew they are new ) then she said you scratched them and then she said they are Covered with white not actual white gold and I said why didnât nobody tell me this when I bought them ? It is only one week in my hands ? They scratched , she said we wonât tell you unless you ask and we donât explain everything to customers unless they ask ! I said what ? So they only care about their pocket Why bother explaining in details to customer ? It is your job to explain your every item you sell to everybody I wish you were more honest you sold it under the impression is white gold when it is not and my husband specifically asked the guy at that time and he said it is white gold I am disappointed and can u have them returned ? She got mad , raising her voice talking over me and walking away and in and out their inside room and just yelling her lungs out really bad temper tantrum, I am quiet person and calm and kept telling her you donât need to be loud or disrespectfully . I am a customer and unhappy I understand their one week return policy but that doesnât mean they sell me bad quality and then they apply their policy on me ,it is not that I changed my mind about it or anything but because it is not white gold anymore and within only one week ?? I have lots of pieces white gold never change color , what did they sell me ??? she was unprofessional , rude and disrespectful and didnât care if people put bad review or not she clearly said go ahead and put 3,4,5 reviews I donât care , I didnât believe my friend when said is bad place and I defended them till today . This place is bad they donât stand behind their products they are dishonest deceiving ,she lost me and I am good customer I will not buy from them and I will take my pieces to another Jewlery place to be evaluated and will take a legal action if I have to .
This paragraph is a reply to your answer (was added 2nd day update ): you are missing the point, I wasnât told when I bought them it is dipped but the opposite that it is white gold . 2nd the white color should not come off if they were in my wrist one week or one month And good that you admit they are scratched(the small dots) , 3rd you are selling items that scratch in a short time , 4th was I suppose to put them in display box or wear them So they wonât scratch ? 5th next time tell people to keep their arms up high not to touch anything so it wonât scratch your items , 6th I am not a complainer I never mentioned the other items I got from your place I was happy with but your shop scammed me with this item . 7th take some customer service classes and donât get mad .8th I will not accept a temporary fix and dipping them because it will happen again unless if I want to keep them...
   Read moreWe went in to look for my fiances wedding band. The greeted us very nicely, everything was going great. They were very patient and eager to sell to us. When I expressed I was worried about size he suggested a different size and we went with the smaller size he suggested. But it was a hot day and we were on our feet ALL day. Well if you donât know.. your body swells throughout the day and your yours fingers swell when itâs hot out.. so I asked if it ended up being too big once we went back home if we could come back and have it resized. They said yes of course. So the very next morning, my fiance tries it on and itâs too big.. literally falling off. Okay no problem they said they would help us. We go back 7 days later and they pretty much tell us they arenât willing to help, super rude and since we already bought it they wonât do it. Mind you we got a simple gold band. No diamonds or anything so the resizing wouldnât be a problem. We drove over 35 minutes and they didnât care. Sure itâs not that far but itâs the principle of the thing.
Iâm very disappointed and canât help but assume they werenât willing to help because of.. letâs just say, other reasons. Wonât recommend and wonât come back.

   Read moreBought a jesus piece from this location, It was Jesus head with a crown of diamonds on it. First of all any jewelry store you go to if something breaks they usually fix it for free, however this man charged me to soder the piece. The first week of owning the piece the ring that the chain attaches to broke and he charged me $20 to fix it which took him a couple minutes to do, I was ok with that even tho it was kinda weird. Second of all after fixing the ring I started to notice the crown with diamonds falling off and I took it to him again, I said âlook man this is the second time coming here and this piece keeps breaking on me when I only wear it to go outâ he explained that the piece got stuck on my shirt, didnât make sense because I didnât buy a $450 piece for it to break twice in a month. I also sent him one of my friends who wanted the same piece I got and now my friend is having the same issue the ring breaking and the crown falling.
