Frank's Chicken Deli & Pizza — Restaurant in Sterling Heights

People who work here are nice but my food that i received was horrible chicken was very cold and dry and old had no flavor word of advice maybe add some Cajun seasoning to the chicken tenders so there not bland and dry and also for 9.99 i would expect a side of coleslaw as well or potato salad macoroni or something and when it says roll i want a roll not a slice of Italian bread potaotoes and chicken both dry starch foods don't mix sadly i won't be returning did want to give this place a shot but was nothing special just some unseasoned Dry chicken breast and plain bland potatoes i wouldn't eat this again of it were free you could tell the owner don't care much about consistency or quality even though he is charging top dollar way to bland absolutely no flavor in anything what so ever try some blackened seasoning or Cajun or something word of advice don't make so much chicken breast because chicken dries withim half hour i could tell the chicken i ate was at least 6 hours old yuck the thing that makes me mad is that they would serve that knowing that it's bland and dry and cold short 20 bucks on food that i threw in the trash right after i bought it i would rather wait ten minutes and get some fresh chicken then get old chicken...

My grand daughter loves their fried chicken so as a treat I let her pick dinner and she asked for Franks. We were there before 5 and served held over chicken from lunch that was OVER COOKED and dried out. The girl kept asking the cook to drop fresh chicken and he kept telling her no! We ordered lemon meringue pie that was terrible the meringue was maybe 1/4 inch and wattery. The banana pudding was just not right. I honestly was so dissapointed ( mainly for my grand daughter) being served chicken saw dust. Granted I know food costs are high. But your not going to keep customers by ripping them off and serving over cooked and old food. We also got a chef salad that was very sparse. Sorry Franks we wont be returning. Will have to agree with the other recent reviews. I’ve gone to this place for many years. I haven’t been in over a year. Under new ownership and the food isn’t the same. I have a large order booked in advance for my son’s birthday. That skin isn’t even edible. Fatty and everything was dry. Even the potatoes tasted like they sat out too long. I picked up on a Saturday at 2:30. The deli only had a few salads. One lady behind the counter that looked like the cashiers daughter. She seemed very unfamiliar with everything.
