Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Sterling Heights

NEVER Again..... Very Disrespectful Service and very rude and the food is disgusting they always do everything opposite than what you order from them. I called the main office and they send a message to the owner of this location but I guess the owner does not care. he can care less about his Business he never returned any my phone calls. that's how...

I order from this location all the time. I mean like far too often, I have a Howie reward every month. I received my order cold. Paid delivery and it arrived cold. My kids grabbed the pizza before the driver was off the porch. I called to tell them my pizza arrived cold. Not room temp, not warm cold and I got an awful response from a man claiming to be the manager. I told him it was cold, he automatically got an attitude. He said it would be hot if I picked it up and told me if I wanted hot pizza I should pick up. The delivery driver is busy. I explained I paid for delivery and am 42 years old and have ordered pizza 1001 times in my life and have always had hot pizza, to the response of Mr. smart mouth really 1001 and times. To which I responded are you seriously getting smart with me. I paid for 2 pizzas, delivery and tip and my expectations of at least warm pizza are too much. He said he could get a hot pizza out in an hour, I said fine. Seriously annoyed. I wasn't rude to him and I expect exactly what I pay for nothing more but if something isn't right that's...

Horrible service.

Around 10:15 PM 8/6 Tuesday, On my way home, After a long day of work, I figured to place a carry out order to pick up on my way home. So I called and After waiting 3 minutes, Someone picks up and hangs up right away. I took it as no big deal, so I called back, they apologized and put me on hold. I was on hold for 10 minutes. So now I’m like, did they forget about me cause this is bad and I’m expecting to pick it up on my way home. So I call back and a different person picks up and puts me on hold without letting me speak. So I’m like, ok maybe they’re busy, let me wait a few more minute... but then I was like no... no cause they put on hold for another 10 minutes. Long story short, I was 20 minutes away from this location and I was on hung up on & out on hold for 20 minutes. I tried to call back again just to let them know how bad of a service this is and little do you know. I get hung up on again. This is extremely horrible service. Never again...
