Worst experience ever!! I got food from there numerous times before and it was either stale or most of the time they just mess up the order so I have to go back inside and get it right, so I decided not to go to this Wendyâs and drive another 4 miles to go to another location even though I live across the street from this one!! Last night I got off work at 11pm and on my way home I got a call from my kids asking if I can grab 4 frosties and an order of nuggets, so I went there thinking how bad can it be its just frostied and nuggets they canât mess it up!! So as I got to the pickup window I noticed that I didnât have enough cash on me so I asked how much were the frosties so I can use my card for the rest so the answer was (you ordered the medium ones) so I replied that wasnât my question I just asked how much is it for the frostied so he replied with an attitude and load tone (I donât know your receipt is in the bag) so I asked is there a problem thatâs when he said (man do you want them or not I donât have time for this!!)    Read moreI'm sorry, I really am. I used to manage at a couple different Wendy's myself, so I understand some things happen that are beyond your control and you roll with it the best you can. Tonight's experience was not that. Sent my husband to the drive thru, and while his account of the experience is secondhand for me (said he was rushed, that the person on the headset was rushing him and "didn't like that [he] had to think a little"- and this is a guy who fully understands being on the timer), the food I witnessed myself. My spicy chicken sandwich had no mayo on it, and neither did his- ok, I figured they're just out, it happens. But the chicken itself was also obviously old- soggy breading and that dark color that only comes after a while in the drawer, and only barely warm after a five-minute drive. The crispy chicken appeared totally plain, and there were no napkins in the bag- nor a receipt, as we discovered when we wanted to call about it and do the survey. The Jr cheeseburger was alright, though. Would've completely understood having to wait for new chicken, or being informed they were out of something....
   Read moreI visited Wendy's during their lunch hour Monday, June 5, 2017. I was in the drive-thru to begin with but then decided to come inside once I realized that coming through the drive thru was the worse decision. I sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes then went inside. When I walked in there was a pile of dirty trays on the trash can and it was overflowing. I brought this to the manager's attention but she didn't seem to care. While standing in line I witnessed an employee standing over the fries eating them. Another employee made a sandwich with no gloves on and the manager kept wiping her hands on her hair and clothes and touching food. I'm sure all of these are food and safety hazards. Manager's name was Kelly. I suggest that no one eat there because as a manager there should be some type of standard to uphold. Her hair was messy and dirty. Her uniform was sloppy and greasy. And her attitude was terrible. After seeing her attitude toward me telling her about the trash, which is a food safety hazard, I didn't order.
