Extremely disappointed in this restaurant experience, trying to find a good place to eat went off the menu online and reviews. This place sounded perfect. To start off the online menu prices do not match in the restaurant everything is about $1 more. We came in and not welcomed at all, never being there we guessed and just found a seat. The first waitress took us menus all covered in beer took about 10 minutes to even acknowledge us and take drink a orders after as well as sorta wipe the menus off. After finally receiving our drinks about another 10 minutes later just 3 sodas the first waitress never came back. A second waitress finally asked if we was ready to order almost 15 minutes later. I understand that at times kitchens can be backed up but 8 tables tops in the restaurant and it took almost an hour to get our food. Finally received our food and right away we asked for a ranch for my son to dip his carrots. Oir waitress then proceed to take two full table orders and not sure what else, after about 20 minutes if bit longer she finally came back with a ranch and this was after she took food to one of the tables she took an order for after we asked for the ranch. This is something that could have taken a minute or so. The food was also sub par, the burger itself had no flavor and it was nearly burnt. Mashed potatoes had hard bits like they sat in a fridge and was reheated and stirred up. With being practically ignored and the the food tasting the way it did it was not worth the money in my opinion and honestly i would have never left a tip but i felt...

If you find yourself in Sterling, Colorado for some reason, don't pass this one by. This is a great little brewery with a good selection of food, to boot. The beers on tap rotate pretty regularly, so you can always be game for a surprise, trying something new. So far, I have not been disappointed in my finds here. If you really like to try things, go for the flight and try a bunch.

The food items I've had here generally are the nachos, which are large enough for a small family. Seriously. Don't order this to eat by yourself. You'll end up taking some home. If you want a meal for one, there's plenty of good choices and everything I've had have been pretty good, especially washed down by a good beer.

Probably the only thing keeping this from being a five is that it is a converted garage/auto dealer, which has great atmosphere, but is also very loud. The walls are brick and the floor is concrete and the noise is magnified when the crowd gets large, which is pretty regular. Worth it? Absolutely. If the weather's nice, you can also be outside, which makes it a bit more quiet.

Even if you don't like beer, this place will have something for you. They make their own homebrew Root Beer, have seltzers and other choices available. Come in and eat, try a new drink and see what you like. There's bound to...

My husband I were really impressed with this place. The food was so so good! I couldn’t decide what to get because everything sounded good. I ended up getting the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and my husband got the Goat burger along with a flight of four beers. He thought the beers were good but was even more impressed with his burger. I have to say that my Philly sandwich was the best I’ve ever had and I’m super picky about them. The meat was seasoned perfectly and had so much flavor. The sandwich was large and I could only finish half of it. The Parmesan truffle pub chips that came with it were also delicious. My husband liked the Camshaft Kolsch the best of all the beers he tried.

At some breweries the focus is on the beer and the food is an afterthought. But not this place. The food almost has a gourmet quality about it. I would come here again and again just to try everything on their menu. I’m almost sad we’ll only be in town one night. I’d love to try them again.

The woman who served us the beers and food was very nice. We didn’t have to wait long for our food. Whoever is cooking the food really knows what they’re doing. We really liked the look and atmosphere of the place. It used to be an old Cadillac dealership repair shop. It has a fun, easygoing vibe that makes you want to stay...

Stopped in Sterling on our cross country road trip and asked the guy at the Best Western Sundowner hotel (which we also highly recommend) for a recommendation for a steak house for my man’s birthday and he directed us here instead of the place we had looked up. I got the lunchbox burger (bacon, pb&j) and he got the steak. I had to slap the table after my first bite cause man, this place is outta this world. My man said it’s the best steak he’s ever had, rivals the Michelin star places we’ve been to. Unfortunately forgot the waitresses name but she was awesome and spent time talking with us about traveling. Customer service 10/10, food 100000/10. Would travel back from Detroit just to eat here.

After a long drive back from Omaha and before arriving home in Aurora, Parts and Labor was an amazing and surprising pit stop. Staff was great, beer is excellent, and food was top tier for brewery standards. Recommend the monte cristo. Only knock was the food took a long while to come out with a pretty light crowd and not many food orders in. The hawaiian flatbread comes drenched in a soy sauce/glaze, but soaks the bottom of the entire flatbread. Cheese wasnt melted all the way through, chicken was diced on the larger size. Recommend trying the nachos or something else. All in all, this is making it to our list of breweries we will stop at!
