Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sterling

1st time there they had NO PAN PIZZA CRUST. Next time there they Charged for refills for childs drink. Third time there they left off the main topping on the pizza (Chicken) but said they would take care of it on the bill. offer $1 off. Last time I called for delivery, Again NO PAN PIZZA DOUGH. You would think out of 4 times a national chain would get it right. Horrible experiences. The food though dose taste as any other pizza hut. Just the experiences gives it 2 stars. This is the edited part. Tried the 5th time But does NOT honor the national promotion of 2 med pizza for $6.99 ea. there meds I was told with the toppings are about $13. But right down the street Dominos has NO PROBLEM of honoring theirs at only $5.99 Ea. less then 1 mile away. How come a national chain can't even honor a higher price then the one national chain at a higher price. Now 1 star. It could be awhile till I try...

Took my eldery mother in for dinner this evening...all we got was screaming, unsupervised children, running amuck! They were behind the counter, serving themselves, touching cups, ect. Just nasty. This place has really gone downhill in the last year or so. Maybe Pizza Hut should look into new managment? As for the roudy, dangerous kids...they just about knocked my mother over when she attempted to use the restroom. The kids were running in and out of the building, dinging the service bell constantly. When I asked the server about the kids. She said she "can't say anything, they're the Managers kids." At the corporate level, Pizza Hut does a good job of insuring that the franchise owners turn out a uniform product. The pizza is the same all the way around, but apparently the literacy rate of employees is not. I’m an odd dude, I order my pizzas cut square. So I put in my fun little idiosyncrasy into the special request line when I order. And because that isn’t clear enough to the crew that reads the ticket, I call and politely verify they understand the request. Nevertheless, the pie shows up cut into triangles. I assume they are just having a grand ol’ time messing with me, and probably messing with the food as well. They also left me a little love note. Real cute, keep up...
