GREAT FOOD 5⭐ GREAT SERVICE 5⭐ FOOD WAS FAST & HOT 5⭐

I didn't rate the atmosphere because hey, it's exactly like every other DQ! LOL 😆 It was very clean though!

The staff here is awesome, very friendly and on top of their mission of service! They had the biggest smiles and treated us like family!

The food was brought to our table and was HOT and you could tell that every item was made while waiting BUT the funny thing is, it did not take very long from the time we placed our order until we got the order maybe like six minutes, eight minutes TOPS! Every item was in point, very well done! My family eats out allot and I'm hard to impress but for a "fast food" place I have to say they have their act together and are Rockstar in every way!

To the staff there at this Dairy Queen, you are the example of excellence in service and food prep! I am sure if any people who work in restaurant management were to visit your location, they would agree and like to know just how you've gotten to be as great as you have become!

Be proud of your skills and the job you do (I know you are) because you are masters of the fast food crafts! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

We went through the drive thru on October the 14 the at about 8:40 pm my husband had just got off work and order take out for dinner my order was a deluxe double No onion his was a deluxe meal triple he didn't get his fries or drink so I called and said the order was wrong spoke to Jazmin on the phone told her for his meal he would like a mellow yellow NO Ice then when we got there I said no ice again she still gave him ice and still messed up the order putting onions on the double and no onions on the triple when our original order was a deluxe double NO onion and a deluxe triple meal I don't understand how you can mess that up so much! Oh and to top it off we got charged extra for the drink and fries 🤷🏽‍♀️🙄 looks like we won't be eating here ever again! In the picture is the deluxe triple meal that had no onions but that was not a request my husband wanted onions on his meal he just got off of work 15 hr shift and gets a shitty meal from dairy Queen where they seriously have a listening problem! In Sterling Co. Picked up food on the way to taking my sister in law to the bus stop. I have never in my life had a bad experience in Nebraska at a Dairy Queen so I thought it would be a good place to eat. We ordered 3 of the #5 combo meals. And all 3 of the fries were cold and soggy. The sandwiches were not good either. I had 3 bites and couldn't stomach that either. No one could eat there fries and we couldn't eat the sandwiches either. But she claimed the sandwiches were half gone. I know mine was not even close to half gone. And because it was over an hour ago and I didn't call that she could only refund one of the combos. I told her we had to wait for my sister-in-laws bus so she didn't miss it. But it had still been a little over an hour ago she said. What was I to do come back to deal with it so my sister in law would miss it. The manager was rude and snotty. I wouldn't advise ever going to the Sterling Co DQ if you want decent food. And we are not picky eaters if that says anything at all as to how bad...
