Starbucks — Restaurant in Sterling

Ordered an iced matcha lavender drink. Pulled up to the window, girl with micro bangs handed us a drink that was clearly not matcha, and didn’t say anything about it. I looked at the drink and said it wasn’t our drink and she said, “yah we’re out of matcha.” Why didn’t she tell me this when I ordered it? I wouldn’t have continued ordering. I could’ve decided on something else. I said oh.. ok uh…. And she just looked at me blankly. No option to make something different. No asking if I want a refund. Nothing. She took my order, took my money, all knowing that she wasn’t going to hand me the right drink. Unacceptable!!! The drink she gave me is espresso, oat milk with lavender syrup. Completely different than what I ordered and she didn’t say anything about it until I said it wasn’t my drink. Not cool!!! If she would’ve said at the menu speaker that they were out of matcha, I would’ve left or ordered something different. That is a rip off, 100%. If you’re the starbucks manager, please contact me so I can be refunded immediately. I ordered this...

How do you make a sandwich hard and overcooked on the outside but frozen on the inside? And how do you ruin a latte? First time at this Starbucks and the last - And I'm a local, Scooters here I come! Store wasn't clean, they blocked off the drive-thru because they didn't want the extra customers - no signage saying why it was closed or anything, just one of the employees cars pulled across to block it, and the little girls in there found it more important to gossip and chat than work. Very unwelcoming vibe, made customers feel they were an inconvenience for coming in and actually making the girls earn their money. Took over a half hour to get one latte and a sandwich and they...

Very disappointed. I came to this location on a road trip to college- I was excited to get the drink that I always get from Starbucks but the barista seemed confused. I politely told her what I meant and it wasn’t a big deal. I got my drink, (and they forgot the creamer), and when I took a sip a dead fly was in my drink. Upon further examination there was another dead fly in my cup. Very surprised that TWO dead flies happened to end up in there? I’m also a barista from a different coffee shop and I find it hard to believe that you wouldn’t notice this while making a drink. Not sure if this was on purpose, but regardless, it should NEVER happen....
