So this is a whole year later 1/22/24. I ordered food online at 11:30 when I got there they said they never recieved my order. Yes it was the correct location and i didnt have time to wait or argue because i had to get to work which is why i ordered ahead. The order was for a hamburger and a free fry not even worth the headache but now i have to wait till i get off at midnight to eat. If you really want burgerking go to the one on 95th in hickory hills. I've never had an issue there. I'm sure if you see this you've also had an issue at this particular restaurant.
This is a fool me twice sitauation. Today 12/7/23 I placed an online order at 4:40pm. When I got there I was told they weren't making any orders because the girl was there by herself. So I was unable to get my food. I pulled over and parked to call their 800 number since this isn't the first time and I know the drill. Customer support could not find my order in the system but it sure was taken out of my bank account and I had an email receipt. I won't be making this mistake again second visit in a row weeks apart. This location has always had issues with missing order items as far as I can remember about 1998 but never this bad where you couldnt get anything you ordered or even an instant refund. I only use the app because it is the only way you can get the deals at least that is what I was told in the past when I tried to order at the speaker.
The last order I placed before this one today was on 11/21 I was told they were out of onion rings and fries so I had to call and cancel my order. I had whoppers and chicken nuggets on my order as well and I wasn't able to get those items either. They just wouldn't make them and said I had to cancel my whole order. I've had online orders there before when they were out of an item and I was still given the rest of my order and only needed to contact them about the out of stock items and was given refund for them. Not sure why I had to cancel my entire order but the app already took the money and refunds take days so i was unable to even go anywhere else. Read moreThis location has a terrible lying manager. Supposed name is Willa. She took my order at 5:41 and told me to pull up and wait. 20 min later at 6:01 as she was handing out another order for the 5th time I asked her where my order was. She said I’m sorry I have a lot of orders. ALL orders were taken after mine and were made and brought out to the customers. I said okay I want my money back. I ordered a burger, french fries and mozzarella fries. She said I’ll get it for you now. I went in and as I did she was telling her cook to make the mozz fries. I said no, this is terrible service. I want my money back. Then when I got my refund she added on the receipt for the reason, “don’t want anything” Excuse me? I wanted my order but you didn’t make it and I waited 20 minutes and watched you fulfill other orders only to hear you lie about why I didn’t get my order. Why did she lie? She knows the reason for refund is because she made me wait 20 min as she served other people, and then decided to make my order 20 minutes AFTER I asked where it was? This was a basic simple order. Yet it got skipped? No thanks. Never going here again and I will be sharing with everyone and suggesting they avoid this location at all costs. Good job Burger King.
