McDonald's — Restaurant in Stockbridge Township

update went there again today 11_16_2021 I know this is weird but they forgot 2 items in my bag. Was in such a rush I didn't stop and make sure even though I know they are forgetful but it's sad that I have to check my entire bag everytime I check out. I get hard workers are hard to find but come on. You all have ti make enough off the food we oay fir and don't give us to offset those issue. Since the day this McDonald's has been renovated its been awful. I am really sad this is the only place in town open to get food and it always messed up. GET IT TOGETHER UP THERE Shame

Pulled in and noticed a big line in the drive through so I figured I’d go inside. when I stepped through the doors I thought I was on an episode of Hell’s Kitchen. All I heard was the manager in the back yelling “I need more sausage!” “Drop more biscuits!” At 9:45 I ordered my food A number 6 with a large drink. I didn’t get my food until 10:15 and when the young lady handed me my food I asked if there was anyway I could get a pie or something and she asked “did you order a pie?” I replied “no but I did just wait 30 minutes for a breakfast sandwich from a McDonald’s” she said to wait a second and so when I was filling up my drink she popped her head around the corner and said “my manager said no” I just turned around and said “oh ok sweet!” After 30 minutes I’m finally in my car going to eat my food and I take the first bite and of course it’s stone cold. My wife and I went through the drive through at roughly 10pm. Ashley was the manager at that time. Placed my order, and drove home, four minutes away. The burgers were all cold. All four of them. I called to inform them I was coming back for replacements, but Ashley refused to replace my burgers. She said “there’s nothing I can do” repeatedly. I suggested she check the temperature of the grill, she said “I know the temperature is right, I do that myself”, which had to be a lie because when I worked at McDonald’s, I did grill temp at changeover, at 10:30 am, that would imply that Ashley was working for 12 hours.
