The Tin Roof — Restaurant in Stockbridge Township

I was so mad I couldn't see straight, I drove out there from Jackson to get Hershey's cappuccino crunch ice cream because it is my favorite and it is one of the places I know I can get it, went up to the window and ordered one scoop, when I got back to the table and begin to eat it I could tell something wasn't right, I went up to the window and said to the girl is this cappuccino Crunch and she said no, we don't have that anymore, WHAT!!!!!! I said why didn't you tell me that when I ordered it, she said well what I gave you is very similar, what has happened to the character and honesty in our society today? I sure do hope the owner of the Tin Roof reads this....

I’m understand going to a business after it’s closed but when I am in the window a minute before hand and I told the “machines are off” and they turned them off right at 9? Then I’m told when I ask how that’s possible when I got here a minute before 9 and it’s only 9 right now- so then I am told that they shut everything down 20 minutes prior to closing! This is two nights in a row now that they’ve been closed early this weekend!! This is ridiculous and any other place of business would be expected to stay open until they close with the product that they are serving! Guess next time I’ll just...

Ordered a banana split flurry which my husband orders everywhere he goes. This was not a flurry, it came out like a extremely melted milkshake (can only order large size almost $5). We told the girls on 5/25/18 that it was not right. They said that is how they make them. They remade it, better a little thicker, edible, but still not even close to what it should be like. They were not apologetic, more like annoyed at us. Then my son ordered a boston cooler, he said it was not good either. We will never go back there and will be sure our club doesn't visit them on their ice cream runs...
